J-TIG 185P AC/DC / J-TIG 300P AC/DC Sono saldatrici TIG HF AC/DC costruite con tecnologia inverter caratterizzate dai bassi consumi di energia. La loro versatilità di programmazione della corrente di uscita, permette la saldabilità di tutti i metalli saldabili ad arco elettrico. Dotate del procedimento ad elettrodo MMA, regolazione della frequenza in AC, regolazione del bilanciamento dell’onda quadra in positivo ed in negativo, offrono la migliore soluzione per rapidità di esecuzione e pulizia del bagno di saldatura. Completi di modalità pulsata, riducono l’apporto termico e diventano ideali per le lavorazioni sugli acciai inossidabili (inox) al carbonio (ferro) fino all’alluminio e le sue leghe. Funzionali all’utilizzo in vari settori di produzione ma ottime anche per la manutenzione. Richiedono alimentazione monofase a 230V (+/- 10%) per la versione 185A, mentre la 300A richiede la 400V (+/- 15%) trifase. Possono essere alimentate sia da rete elettrica che da motogeneratori purché ben dimensionati. Possono unire materiali con spessori molto piccoli, come 0,2 : 0,3 mm, fino ai più considerevoli 20 : 30 mm purché ben preparati. In MMA la gamma di elettrodi saldabili va dal 1,6 mm fino al 5,00 mm di diametro (6,00 mm per il 300A). Sono provviste di innesco HF in Tig con ottime performance sia con torce da 4 che da 8 mt di lunghezza. Il controllo del gas di protezione è automatico per eseguire le più raffinate saldature. E’ dotata di funzione 2/4 tempi (pulsante torcia in manuale/automatico) e della importante funzione di pulsazione “P”. Sono costruite in una solida cassa metallica per garantire robustezza. Anche la protezione agli spruzzi d’acqua è ben curata e la corrosione non trova punti di attacco. La trasportabilità è garantita da comode maniglie oppure dal carrello che ne supporta l’impianto completo: - la bombola gas - il gruppo di raffreddamento della torcia. Square wave AC output and power pulsing maximise productivity while reducing heat input and allows the welding of aluminium and magnesium alloys. The regulation of both the square wave frequency and the balance offer the best cleaning and penetration. In DC mode the majority of steels can be welded quickly using the pulse power function to reduce heat input. The machines are able to cope with single phase inputs - for J-TIG 185P AC/DC - and three phase inputs - for J-TIG 300P AC/DC, which fluctuate by +/-15% and can be used with the majority of generators. The machines can tack weld either thin (0,2 mm – 0,3 mm) or thicker (20 mm – 30 mm) sheets with well prepared joints. Electrodes from 1.6 mm up to 5.00 mm for J-TIG 185P AC/DC and up to 6.00 mm for J-TIG 300P AC/DC can be used with ease. The machines have a standard pulse function, adjustable gas pre and post flow time, down slope, HF/contact ignition and 2/4 sequence latching that improves operator comfort allowing the trigger to be released during long welds.
