Esempio laboratorio Syneco Studio applicazione prodotto in funzione del problema Il “SERVICE 2000 Professional Consulting” è un servizio di consulenza tecnica che si basa sull’analisi chimico/fisica di un campione di olio usato, prelevato direttamente dal macchinario in lavoro, senza fermare il ciclo produttivo. Il campione di olio usato, e per confronto un campione di olio uguale, ma nuovo, verranno analizzati e sottoposti ad una serie di test di laboratorio standard, quali: • FT.IR - (per l’identificazione delle basi costituenti e per rilevare gli agenti contaminanti); • Titolazioni - (TAN; TBN; KF); • PLASMA - (controllo dei metalli e dei pacchetti di additivazione) • Comparazione - (olio nuovo e usato) • Analisi metallografica. Valutate le caratteristiche dell’olio campione, nelle due situazioni nuovo/usato, verrà stilata la scheda tecnica. A questo punto, il laboratorio SYNECO formulerà un prodotto specifico sostitutivo. Il nuovo fluido lubrificante SYNECO sarà sottoposto ad una serie di prove pratiche che ricreano le medesime situazioni di lavoro. Al termine della prova, il fluido SYNECO sarà sottoposto agli stessi test di laboratorio standard e stilata una nuova scheda tecnica. Le due schede tecniche degli oli usati verranno confrontate per dimostrare l’idoneità di impiego e le caratteristiche migliorative del fluido SYNECO. Il prodotto SYNECO sarà monitorato con “Service CHECK-UP” e l’elaborazione dei dati raccolti potrà fornire in tempo reale lo stato di salute dell’organo meccanico. Product application study according to the problem “SERVICE 2000 Professional Consulting” is a technical consulting service based on the chemical/ physical analysis of a used oil sample, taken directly from the machine while in use without stopping the production cycle. The sample of used oil and for comparison a sample of the same but new oil will be analysed and submitted to a series of standard laboratory tests, such as: • FT.IR – (to identify the basic components and to detect any contaminating agents); • TITRATIONS - (TAN; TBN;KF); • PLASMA – ( checking of metals and additive packages); • COMPARISON (new and used oil); • METALLOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS (scanning by means of electronic microscope). Once the technical characteristics have been evaluated both for the new and the old sample, we will issue a technical sheet. Then the SYNECO laboratory will formulate a specific substitute product. A series of practical tests simulating the same operation conditions will be carried out on the new SYNECO lubricant fluid. After completion of the test the same standard laboratory tests will be carried out on the SYNECO fluid and a new technical sheet will be issued. A comparison will be made between the two technical sheets in order to prove the suitability for the application and the ameliorative characteristics of the Syneco fluid, which will enable us to achieve higher performances. After some time in use a constant monitoring of the SYNECO product will be made by means of the “CHECK-UP Service” and by processing the collected data in order to get a picture in real time of the conditions of the mechanical part. 40

METODO DI ANALISI 2.1 -Analisi Metallografica svolta per mezzo di telecamera e microscopio elettronico. 2.2 -Analisi chimica effettuata per mezzo dello spettrofotometro FT-IR, per determinare la natura del residuo presente sul pezzo. 3. RISULTATI 3.1 -Dall’analisi metallografica il pezzo pervenuto mostra evidenti tracce di corrosione e usura (fig.1), una guarnizione rotta (fig. 2). I fori di iniezione otturati da depositi (fig. 3). 3.2 Dall’analisi chimica il tracciato I.R del residuo prelevato è rapportabile al tipo di carburante impiegato e cioè olio di palma (fig.4). 4.CONCLUSIONI L’elemento pompante presenta tutti i fori totalmente o parzialmente otturati da residui. La formazione di questi residui è dovuta alla scarsa resistenza all’ossidazione dell’olio di palma e dei combustibili biologici in generale. Si nota anche presenza di corrosione, sviluppata in conseguenza dell’ossidazione del combustibile. Da esperienze fatte sul campo risulta che impianti utilizzanti olio di girasole puro, come combustibile, arrivavano a 2000 h.l. utili dei pompanti mentre impianti utilizzanti olio di palma non superavano le 800 h.l. Questa differenza è principalmente dovuta alla diversa viscosità e punto di fusione tra i due combustibili. Una possibile soluzione consiste in un’additivazione dell’olio di palma con un pacchetto multifunzionale, detergente e antiossidante, magari disperso in biodiesel per non modificare la composizione biologica del combustibile e verificare poi con successive ispezioni degli elementi pompanti il miglioramento della vita utile. 41 Example of analysis tables preparation procedure fig.4 1. INTRODUCTION -The examination was carried out on a motor pumping element in order to determine the cause of the malfunction. 2. METHOD OF ANALYSIS 2.1 -Metallographic analysis carried out using an electronic microscope and telecamera. 2.2 -Chemical analysis carried out using the FT-IR spectrophotome ter, to determine the nature of the residue present on the piece. 3. RESULTS 3.1 –From the metallographic analysis carried out on the piece it is clear that the latter shows evident traces of corrosion and wear (fig.1), a broken gasket (fig. 2). The injection holes are clogged by deposits (fig. 3). 3.2 The chemical analysis indicates that the I.R. trace of the sampled residue is similar to the type of fuel used i.e. palm oil (fig.4). 4.CONCLUSIONS The pumping element holes are all totally or partially clogged by residues. The formation of these residues is due to the poor resistance to oxidation of palm oil and biological fuels in general. It is also important to note the presence of corrosion, developed as a result of oxidation of the fuel. From field observations it can be seen that plants using pure sun flower oil, as fuel, achieve up to 2000 useful pump work hours while plants using palm oil did not exceed 800 work hours. This difference is mainly due to the different viscosity and melting point of the two fuels. A possible solution may be provided by adding palm oil with a multi functional, detergent and anti-oxidising packet, perhaps dispersed in biodiesel to avoid modifying the biological composition of the fuel, and then verifying, by means of subsequent inspections of the pum ping elements, that there is an improvement in useful life.
