∆ Derived from the standard mo<strong>de</strong>ls Omet, the Vacuum<br />

and <strong>CO2</strong> Injection mixers keep the proved mixing<br />

system of shafts with intersecting paddles and the unload<br />

from the bottom by mean of two openings un<strong>de</strong>r the<br />

bowl.<br />

production of sausages, hamburger, s<strong>al</strong>ads and ready<br />

panel managed by a PLC for the automatic programming<br />

This <strong>al</strong>lows the execution of even complex mixing cycles<br />

for the processing of any kind of product.<br />

• IMPASTATRICI CON INIEZIONE DI <strong>CO2</strong><br />

L’impianto di iniezione di <strong>CO2</strong> permette di raggiungere temperature anche fino a -40°C. La possibilità di ridurre la<br />

temperatura <strong>de</strong>l prodotto impedisce la formazione di batteri e permette la lavorazione di prodotti che <strong>al</strong>trimenti potrebbero<br />

venire danneggiati durante l’impasto.<br />

∆ <strong>CO2</strong> INJECTION MIXERS<br />

The <strong>CO2</strong> injection system <strong>al</strong>lows to reach temperatures down to -40°C. The possibility of reducing the temperature of<br />

the product prevents from the formation of bacteria and permits the processing of products which otherwise could be<br />

damaged during the mixing.<br />

◊ AMASADORAS INYECCIÓN DE <strong>CO2</strong><br />

La inst<strong>al</strong>ación <strong>de</strong> inyección <strong>de</strong> gas <strong>CO2</strong> permite <strong>al</strong>canzar temperaturas hasta -40°C. La posibilidad <strong>de</strong> reducir la<br />

temperatura <strong>de</strong>l producto impi<strong>de</strong> la formación <strong>de</strong> bacterias y permite la elaboración <strong>de</strong> productos que <strong>de</strong> otro modo<br />
