rego<strong>la</strong>mento. Il t<strong>it</strong>o<strong>la</strong>re <strong>è</strong> responsabile del<strong>la</strong> diligente<br />
custodia del<strong>la</strong> carta.<br />
Valid<strong>it</strong>à del<strong>la</strong> carta<br />
Ciao Bimbo si riserva in qualsiasi momento <strong>la</strong><br />
facoltà di sospendere o modificare il servizio e/o le<br />
condizioni che lo rego<strong>la</strong>no, senza assumere responsabil<strong>it</strong>à<br />
per eventuali interruzioni dello stesso, anche<br />
se non comunicate al t<strong>it</strong>o<strong>la</strong>re. Le comunicazioni sono<br />
validamente fatte da Ciao Bimbo mediante avviso<br />
esposto nel proprio negozio ed entrano in vigore con<br />

La Bimbo Card ha <strong>la</strong> valid<strong>it</strong>à dal<strong>la</strong> data di ri<strong>la</strong>scio,<br />
senza lim<strong>it</strong>i di tempo, salvo che il t<strong>it</strong>o<strong>la</strong>re, per qualsiasi<br />
motivo, non faccia alcun acquisto per un periodo<br />
superiore a sei mesi e/o non rispetti il seguente rego<strong>la</strong>mento.<br />
In questi casi <strong>la</strong> carta sarà automaticamente<br />
annul<strong>la</strong>ta e resa inutile.<br />
Uso del<strong>la</strong> Bimbo Card<br />
La Bimbo Card ha valid<strong>it</strong>à esclusiva presso il punto<br />
vend<strong>it</strong>a Ciao Bimbo. Deve essere consegnata all’addetto<br />
del<strong>la</strong> cassa prima delle operazioni di conteggio,<br />
e r<strong>it</strong>irata dal possessore sub<strong>it</strong>o dopo <strong>la</strong> lettura.<br />
Non essendo possibile a posteriori imputare <strong>punti</strong><br />
sugli acquisti effettuati, non sarà accettato alcun<br />
rec<strong>la</strong>mo motivato con <strong>la</strong> mancata rilevazione degli acquisti,<br />
qualora il t<strong>it</strong>o<strong>la</strong>re abbia omesso di presentare<br />
<strong>la</strong> carta per <strong>la</strong> lettura elettronica, prima dell’inizio delle<br />
operazioni di conteggio.<br />
Raccolta <strong>punti</strong><br />
Con <strong>la</strong> Bimbo Card si accumu<strong>la</strong>no <strong>punti</strong> elettronici<br />
su ogni singo<strong>la</strong> spesa. Il numero dei <strong>punti</strong> spettanti<br />
variano a seconda del<strong>la</strong> tipologia del prodotto acquistato<br />
e delle partico<strong>la</strong>ri promozioni. Il calcolo dei<br />
<strong>punti</strong> per singole tipologie di prodotti e delle eventuali<br />
promozioni eccezionali sono esposte e pubblicizzate<br />
presso il nostro punto vend<strong>it</strong>a. È possibile al<strong>la</strong> fine di<br />
ogni spesa verificare sullo scontrino “il saldo <strong>punti</strong>”<br />
maturato. La <strong>raccolta</strong> <strong>punti</strong> non <strong>è</strong> cumu<strong>la</strong>bile con altre<br />
