Legno/Struttura
La struttura portante degli imbottiti è in
legno di abete e faggio,
essicato naturalmente per renderlo
indeformabile e duraturo nel tempo
e in multistrato di pioppo, prodotto
in Italia, di alta qualità. Il sistema di
molleggio è composto da telai metallici
indeformabili con fasce elastiche.
Questi telai finiti, essendo indipendenti
dalla struttura in legno, evitano di
sottoporre a sforzi la struttura stessa.
Wood/Structure
The weight bearing structure for the
padding is made of fir and beech wood,
dried naturally to insure that it holds its
shape and endures over time, and from
high quality multilayer poplar, produced
in Italy.
The system of springs is composed of
non-deformable metal frames with elastic
webbing. These finished frames, being
independent of the wooden structure,
avoid placing too much stress on the
structure itself.
Poliuretano
Gli imbottiti frutto di un attento studio
ergonomico, sono concepiti con
un’imbottitura a densità variabile.
La struttura portante in legno è infatti
ricoperta da poliuretano in varie densità,
in rapporto alle diverse sollecitazioni
del corpo a cui è sottoposta: ad esempio
nell’estremità anteriore della seduta
troveremo tamponi rigidi per consentire
qualità e sostegno nel tempo,
e densità più morbide e flessibili negli
strati superiori per dare il massimo
comfort. Il comfort è una caratteristica
fondamentale per l’imbottito, è reso
possibile grazie alle proprietà del
poliuretano di essere soffice in superficie
e contemporaneamente di sostenere
e distribuire uniformemente il peso
del corpo umano. I nostri poliuretani
hanno caratteristiche di indeformabilità
decisamente rilevanti, infatti anche
dopo compressioni esercitate per lunghi
periodi,ritornano al loro aspetto naturale.
altra caratteristica importante è la
traspirabilità dell’imbottittura, grazie
alla struttura a celle aperte, il poliuretano
garantisce una rapida dispersione del
calore e dell’umidità prodotti dal corpo
umano e assicura un livello di prestazioni
costante nel tempo.Un’attenzione del tutto
particolare viene data alle problematiche
ambientali, la schiuma poliuretanica a
freddo è realizzata con materie prime
innovative che escludono l’impiego di
clorofluorocarburi e di solventi clorurati
dannosi per l’ambiente.
I suoi componenti di base miscelati
con acqua, reagiscono producendo calore e
trasformando l’acqua in vapore.
Polyurethane
The padding, fruit of a careful ergonomic
study, has been conceived with variable
density filling. The weight bearing
structure in wood is, in fact, covered by
polyurethane with a density differentiation
that changes in relation to the different
stresses a body subjects it to.
For example, at the front end of the chair
we find rigid pads that allow for quality
and support over time, and softer and
more flexible density in the upper layers
that offer the maximum comfort.
Comfort is a characteristic fundamental
for the padding, and made possible
thanks to the properties of the
polyurethane that make it soft on the
surface and at the same time give it the
ability to support and uniformly distribute
the weight of the human body. our
polyurethanes have decidedly relevant
non-deformable characteristics. In fact,
even after lengthy compression, they
return to their customary shape and form.
another important characteristic
is the breathability of the padding.
Thanks to its open cell structure,
the polyurethane guarantees a rapid
dispersion of the heat and humidity
produced by the human body and insures
a constant level of performance over time.
Particular attention is given to
environmental problems. The cold
polyurethane foam is realized with
innovative raw materials that exclude
the use of chlorofluorocarbons and
chlorinated solvents which are damaging
to the environment.
Mixed with water, its base components
react by producing heat and transforming
the water into vapour.
Piuma
La grande accoglienza dei cuscini seduta
e schienale, è resa possibile grazie alla
presenza della piuma di primissima
qualità.
I cuscini realizzati con un’anima centrale
di poliuretano in varie densità, sono poi
ricoperti da autentica piuma: le migliori
sono quelle fornite da oche ed anatre, e
vengono scelte esclusivamente le parti
chiamate piuma e piumino, trascurando
le penne per raggiungere in questo modo
il miglior prodotto.
Dopo un lungo ciclo di lavorazione, in cui
la piuma viene selezionata, depolverizzata,
lavata a fondo, si arriva all’importante
fase di sterilizzazione che permette di
ottenere un materiale naturale sanificato,
igienizzato antibatterico. La piuma è
per natura un materiale antistatico e
anallergico, isolante con un’elevata
temperatura di accensione, un basso
indice di sviluppo del fumo, quindi
non si scioglie e non propaga fiamma.
Ha un alto potere di rigonfiamento, i
cuscini devono infatti essere sbattuti
manualmente, spiumacciati e riassettati
frequentemente.
I cuscini devono sempre essere arieggiati
per far mantenere le loro caratteristiche
funzionali per molti anni.
Down feathers
The excellent accommodation of the
seat and back cushions is made possible
by the presence of high quality down
feathers. The cushions are realized with
a central core of density-differentiated
polyurethane, and are then covered
with authentic down feathers: the best are
from geese and ducks, and are chosen
exclusively from those known
as down feathers or eiderdown,
ignoring regular feathers in order
to obtain the best product.
after a long cycle of processing, during
which the down feathers are sorted, the
dander completely removed, and then
thoroughly washed. next begins the
important sterilization phase that allows
the us to obtain a natural material that
has been sanitized and treated to be
antibacterial.
Down feathers are, by nature, an antistatic
and hypoallergenic material, insulators
with a high combustion temperature and
a low smoke index, which means that they
neither melt nor propagate flames.
They have an high volume property.
The cushions must, in fact, be beaten
manually, fluffed and rearranged.
The cushions must always be aired to
maintain their functional characteristics
for many years.
Pelle
La pelle scelta per i nostri imbottiti
essendo di primissima qualità, può
presentare una superficie con impressi
i segni della vita dell’animale (cicatrici,
differenze di grana, striature dovute
a rughe naturali, riflessi disuguali di
tonalità) che la distinguono dai prodotti
artificiali. La pelle viene tinta con tinture
passanti all’anilina con l’utilizzo di
coloranti solidi alla luce.
Diverse le tipologie di pelli utilizzate:
iniziando dalla proposta basica, adatta
al rivestimento di poltroncine, sedie e
letti, abbiamo la Pelle basic, un articolo
a fiore corretto, con una grana
prestampata ed una finitura semilucida
ad effetto nuvolato, con spessore
di 1,1 - 1,3 mm. Di qualità superiore e
particolarmente indicata per importanti
divani dalle forme morbide e profonde,
la Pelle extra Heavy, a pieno fiore con
grana naturale, finitura semi opaca. Una
particolare riconcia ed una prolungata
follonatura in bottali di legno riscaldati
consentono alla pelle di scaricare la
“grana” in modo naturale, rendendola
soffice e morbida al tatto. Ha uno
spessore di 1,4 - 1,6 mm.
Per imbottiti più lineari e squadrati e
poltroncine particolarmente sagomate,
la Pelle extra Soft, un pieno fiore, tinta
unita con finitura opaca. Una particolare
riconcia ed una asciugatura sottovuoto
consentono di scaricare la grana in bottale
in modo omogeneo su tutta la superficie
della pelle, mantenendo un aspetto liscio.
Ha uno spessore: 1,0 - 1,2 mm.
Per proposte più particolari la Pelle
Deep Shine, un pieno fiore con finitura
metallizzata. Questa finitura caratterizza
l’articolo, donando un effetto luminoso
prezioso, e nello stesso tempo molto
leggero ed elegante.
La rifinizione è a fiore morbido, e
conferisce una mano particolarmente
soffice e gradevole al tatto. Ha uno
spessore di 1,5 -1,7 mm.
Concludendo con la Pelle Glossy, un pieno
fiore con grana naturale e finitura lucida.
Una particolare riconcia ed una asciugatura
sottovuoto consentono di scaricare la
grana in modo omogeneo su tutta la
superficie della pelle, mantenendo un
aspetto liscio.
La finitura lucida caratterizza il prodotto,
conferendone un aspetto lucente.
Ha uno spessore di 0,9 - 1,1 mm
Molti nostri imbottiti nelle versione
in pelle, raggiungono l’espressione
massima, perché si evidenzia la qualità
e l’esperienza nella lavorazione della
stessa, soprattutto con pelli spessorate,
con grana medio-grossa.
Il rivestimento è reso infatti ancora più
importante dal tipo di cucitura: dalla
ribattitura a doppio ago, ad un ago a titolo
di filo di vario spessore, fino alla versione
con i bordi lavorati a vivo, resa possibile
grazie alle nostre pelli spessorate con
tintura passante.
Importante sottolineare come, nonostante
il taglio della pelle avvenga con macchine
automatizzate, il piazzamento dei pezzi
viene fatto manualmente con un’attenta
ricerca da parte dell’esperto addetto,
con lo scopo di ottenere il più possibile
l’accostamento di pezzi, che andranno poi
cuciti insieme, con un’ uniformità di grana
e coloriture.
Un dettaglio importante sono le
microforature presente sul retro dei
cuscini, realizzate per consentire il
passaggio dell’aria, oltre che essere un
dettaglio estetico e decorativo.
Leather
The leather chosen for our quilting, while
being of the highest quality, can present
surfaces having signs from the life of the
animal (scars, different grains, streaks
due to natural folds, unequal reflection of
colour) that distinguish it from artificial
products.
The leather is dyed with aniline dye using
of colours that will not fade when exposed
to light.
Different types of leather are used: starting
with the basic proposal, suitable for the
upholstery of theatre seats, chairs and
beds, we have the basic Leather, an
article with corrected grain leather, with a
pre-printed grain and a cloudy effect semigloss
finish with 1.1 – 1.3 mm thickness. of
superior quality and particularly indicated
for important sofas with soft and deep
forms, the extra-Heavy Leather, with full
natural grain, semi-matt finishing. a particular
re-tanning and a prolonged milling
in heated wooden drums allows the leather
to release the “grain” in a natural way,
making it very soft to the touch. The leather
is between 1.4 – 1.6 mm thick.
For more linear and squared padding and
theatre seats with particular forms, there
is the extra Soft Leather, with full natural
grain, solid colour with opaque finishing. a
particular re-tanning and a vacuum packed
dry allows the leather, to release the grain
in drums in a homogeneous way on the
entire surface of the leather, keeping a
smooth aspect. The leather is between 1.0
– 1.2 mm thick.
For more particular proposal, Deep Shine
Leather, a full grain leather with metallic
finishings. It is this finishing that
characterizes the article, giving it a
precious luminous effect, and at the same
time light and elegant. The refinishing is
soft grain, and confers a particularly soft
and pleasant feel to the touch. The leather
is between 1.5 -1.7 mm.
and finally Glossy Leather, with full natural
grain and glossy finishing.

The leather is between 0.9 - 1.1 mm
It is in the leather versions that many of our
paddings reach their maximum expression,
because they highlight the quality and
experience of the work itself. This is above
all true of the thickened leathers, with a
medium-thick grain. The upholstery is, in
fact, made more significant by the type of
stitching: from the double needle stitching,
to single needle stitching using a multithickness
thread, to the version with the
borders worked live, made possible thanks
to our thickened aniline dyed leathers.
It is important to emphasize how, despite
the leather being cut by automated machines,
the placement of the pieces is done
manually with careful research on the part
of the expert craftsman, with the purpose
of obtaining the best possible placement of
the pieces, that will then be sewn together,
with the uniformity of grain and coloration.
an important detail are the micro-perforations
present on the backside of the
cushions, created to allow for the passage
of air, as well as being an aesthetic and
decorative detail.
Tessuto
La sfoderabilità è uno dei nostri elementi
qualificanti. nella maggior parte dei
modelli i rivestimenti sono sfoderabili, ciò
significa garantire, oltre alla sua semplice
funzione, il comportamento del tessuto e
le sue caratteristiche di lavabilità.
I nostri tessuti rispondono a precise
caratteristiche fondamentali come la
tenuta allo sfregamento e all’abrasione,
la resistenza all’azione della luce, e la
solidità dei colori al lavaggio. Svariate
tipologie di cuciture di pregio delineano i
diversi modelli: dalle cuciture a due aghi,
alle ribattiture, ai bordi di forte spessore
rivestiti in contrasto che disegnano le
estremità dei cuscini.
Fabrics
The removable upholstery is one of our
defining elements. In most of the models,
the upholstery is removable, which
means, guaranteeing, beyond simple
function, the behaviour of the fabric and
its washability. our fabrics respond to
precise fundamental characteristics such
as the resistance to rubbing and abrasion,
the resistance to fading both in sunlight
and in the wash.
various types of quality seams outline
the various models: from double-needle
seams to the stitching, to the thick
border covers that contrast the ends
of the cushions.
Componibilità
Un valore aggiunto anche se nascosto negli
imbottiti è la loro componibilità: avere non
pezzi finiti, ma divani modulari, scomposti
in numerose varianti dimensionali,
dà la possibilità di disporre gli elementi in
diverse soluzioni di arredo in funzione degli
spazi e di ogni esigenza. Con un semplice
meccanismo è possibile unire gli elementi
accostandoli semplicemente. Inoltre il
fatto di avere divani di grandi dimensioni
scomposti in elementi, è notevolmente un
vantaggio per il trasporto.
Modular Forms
an added value, although hidden in the
padding, is the ability to be mix-and
matched: there are no finished pieces, but
modular sofas, a combination of numerous
size variations, that allow for the possibility
of combining the modules into different
furnishing solutions according to needs
and the space available. With a simple
mechanism it is possible to unite
the elements by simply placing them
side-by-side. In addition, having large sized
sofas broken down into modules
is a notable advantage for shipping.

regolato a remote controlle, le testiere si possono alzare singolarmente ottenendo un appoggio più alto per
la schiena. La struttura portante in legno multistrato di faggio e pioppo sostiene la rete a doghe di faggio e
l’imbottitura è in poliuretano espanso con diverse densità. Il rivestimento può essere in tessuto sfoderabile
ed in pelle, lavorato ed impreziosito da cuciture verticali nella testiera. La base è in acciaio vernicato. è
