EVENTS L’EVENTO FINALE DEL PERCORSO DI COACHING ELSAG DATAMAT FINAL EVENT IN THE ELSAG DATAMAT COACHING PROGRAMME Tra fine novembre e inizio dicembre si sono svolte tre edizioni del final event del percorso di coaching: duecento manager, coinvolti negli ultimi due anni nel programma formativo “Straordinariamente quadri”, si sono ritrovati insieme ai loro coach di Fedro-Training & Coaching (società specializzata in formazione manageriale e consulenza) per condividere l’esperienza effettuata e guardare al futuro. Il percorso di coaching si è focalizzato sulle competenze manageriali dell’orientamento al risultato e dell’integrazione, entrambeparticolarmente strategiche nei momenti di cambiamento organizzativo. L’azienda ha ritenuto quindi importante che il lavoro svolto dai coachee su questi aspetti personali trovasse uno spazio di risonanza e che ognuno avesse un’occasione di confronto per capitalizzare le esperienze di successo. Attraverso la metafora del fumetto – che implica uno sforzo comunicativo in termini di trasparenza ed efficacia – i partecipanti hanno potuto raccontare la loro esperienza personale, dare forma alla propria visione del futuro e affrontare insieme il tema del cambiamento. In piccoli gruppi, hanno immaginato la “storia” e poi l’hanno espressa tramite una striscia di vignette focalizzate per lo più sui temi del futuro aziendale, della riorganizzazione e delle relazioni nei team di lavoro. A conferma di quanto il modello manageriale di gruppo sia condiviso in tutte le aziende Finmeccanica e nell’ottica di garantire la continuità dei programmi di formazione anche nella discontinuità organizzativa, all’evento hanno partecipato i colleghi/coachee che, in seguito al processo di riorga- In late November and early December, three editions of the final coaching event were organised for two hundred middle managers involved over the last two years in the “Straordinariamente quadri” training programme. At the event the managers met their coaches from Fedro-Training & Coaching (a company specialising in management training and consulting) to share their experiences and look ahead to the future. The coaching path focused on results-oriented management and integration skills, both of which are of great strategic importance during times of organisational change. The company therefore thought it important that the work undertaken by coachees regarding these personal aspects should be recognised and that everyone be given an opportunity to share and capitalise on their successful experiences. Using the comic strip metaphor – which implies an effort of communication in terms of transparency and effectiveness – participants were given the opportunity to recount their personal experiences, give shape to their vision of the future, and face the theme of change together. In small groups, they imagined the “story” and then expressed it in the form of comic strips, most of which focused on the future of the company, reorganisation and work team relationships. Confirming the extent to which the group management model is shared by all Finmeccanica companies, and with the aim of ensuring the continuity of training programmes despite the organisational disruption, the event was also attended by the colleagues/coachees who, after Finmeccanica reorganised its defence electronics and security businesses, were transferred from Elsag Datamat to Selex Sistemi Inte- 46

Proprio per rafforzare il messaggio relativo all’integrazione, erano presenti anche i referenti HR per la formazione e lo sviluppo del personale di queste due aziende. Uno speciale ringraziamento a Laura Quintarelli e Michela Alunni nonché a tutti i coach di Fedro-Training & Coaching che ci hanno sostenuto in questo ambizioso programma il quale, in due anni, ha sviluppato più di 5.600 ore di formazione manageriale nella nostra azienda.
