La collezione “Love Stories” parla
d'amore, dell'amore eterno.
Parlare d'amore è fondamentalmente
semplice, scrivere di amori struggenti,
di lacrime e di amori travagliati e
osteggiati, è una delle tematiche più
battute nel percorso letterario di ogni
scrittore. Allo stesso tempo grandi
storie di amore sono grandi opere,
capolavori senza tempo da tramandare.

Caratteristiche tecniche
Cappuccio, corpo e testina
All'estremità del cappuccio vi è
incastonato un disco coniato in oro
massiccio 18Kt., incisi ad altorilievo
che riproduce il logo Delta “con i due
pennini contrapposti”, impreziosito da
25 diamanti taglio brillante di circa
0.003 per un totale di 0.075 punti di
carato.
Il cappuccio è notevolmente arricchito
dalla splendida immagine dipinta a
mano, da artisti russi, nel dettaglio più
minuzioso riproducendo l'immagine
dei due interpreti che danno il nome
alla stessa collezione di strumenti
scrittura “Romeo&Giulietta”.
La vera centrale realizzata in oro
massiccio 18Kt., reca incisa ad
altorilievo la dicitura “Delta 1982”.
Il corpo anch'esso realizzato in
celluloide interamente dipinto a mano
con inserti in madreperla, rappresenta
una scena del ballo tenutosi in casa
Capuleti là dove i due innamorati
ebbero la possibilità di conoscersi. Il
disegno è impreziosito nella parte finale
da una vera realizzata in oro massiccio
18Kt. con incastonati venticinque
diamanti taglio brillante di circa 0.008
per un totale di 0.20 punti di carato.

La stilografica “Romeo e Giulietta”
adotta il sistema di carica di inchiostro
a stantuffo.

Love stories collections are a series of
famous historical love stories. Famous
Love Stories are timeless classics,
depicting of couples throughout
history that have faced challenges,
and stood strong together against
incredible odds. Sometime in history
tragedy and love went hand and hand,
poets write about love inspired from
such stories. Love in Greek Mythology
did not limit its effects to the mere
mortal. The gods often played starring
roles in these tales, and often showed
their human traits like jealousy and
fear. Romeo and Juliet is the first in
the love stories series.
Romeo and Juliet is an early tragedy
by William Shakespeare about two
teenage "star-crossed lovers" whose
"untimely deaths" ultimately unite their
feuding households. Romeo and Juliet
belongs to a tradition of tragic
romances stretching back to Ancient
Greece.

Technical characteristics
Cap, body and cap-top
The top end of the cap is formed by
an 18 kt solid gold chiseled ring
featuring Delta's “double nib” logo,
enriched with 25 brilliant-cut
diamonds (0.003) totaling 0.075 carats.
The cap in celluloid is enriched with a
special painting entirely manual and
executed in Russia by famous
miniaturists of Armenian origin
depicting with great detail the 2
characters that offer the name for this
collection, Romeo and Juliet.
The central ring in 18 kt solid gold
offers carved by hand the words “delta
1982” (Delta's foundation year). The
body also in celluloid and enriched
with same type of painting and pearl
inserts portrays a dance scene from
the Capuleti villa, where the 2
adolescents first met. This painting
is enriched in the bottom part with a
18 kt solid gold ring enhanced with
25 brilliant-cut diamonds (0.008)
totaling 0.2 carats
Filling system
The Romeo and Juliet fountain pen
features a piston filling system
IMPORTANT- For the corrected filling
and in order to obtain an excellent ink
flow and writing, we recommend the
following steps when filling your
fountain pen.
It is essential that front part is
completely inserted in ink bottle. It is
recommended that filling process (ink
in and out) is repeated 2-3 times, in
order to avoid that air bubbles form
inside piston, which would prevent the
ink to flow towards the tip of the nib.
Nib
The 18-karat solid gold nib is specially
designed, customized and it is
personalized. Is available in EEF, EF, F,
M, B, BB, OM, OB, OBB and STUB
grades.
