2. Estimate confirmation form
We will formulate our offer on the basis of the request you have sent. If you agree with it, we’ll send
you the order confirmation form that you must return to us signed, at which point we will commence
the production.
• Design
You can choose the graphic design between the different available suggestion in our website
www.bicycle-line.com or at the final part of our catalogue. You can also change the colours of the
graphic designs and in the “TEAM PROJECT” section you can develop different solutions.
As an alternative you can design your own creation. If you choose this way we suggest you turn to
one of our agent or distributor for information about how create yourself your new kit.
• Production and delivery of the order
Production will begin once we receive the order confirmation countersigned with the approval of the
final graphic design. Production time may vary depending on the period and can range between 6
and 8 weeks. When the order is ready, we will disclose information related to the shipment in order
to be able to monitor the delivery.
• Minimum quantities and prices
Our pricing list varies depending on the number of pieces per item you wish to order. The minimum
quantity is 10 pieces with a minimum of 2 pieces per size. For quantities less than 10 pieces, we will
apply a 30% increase compared to the price of the column 10 pieces. For more information about our

• Graphics costs
Additional costs for graphic customization are related to the amount of the order. We suggest you
to contact our agent for information about.
• Logos costs
- Zero costs if you correctly provide the logos in vector format;
- Costs to quantify from time to time if we won’t correctly receive the logos in vector format. In such
case we will reconstruct them and we will charge an additional cost of realization based on their
complexity.

• Reorders
To reorders, we will not charge back the cost of plant if the graphics and the items ordered will
remain unchanged.
The minimum quantities and costs will remain unchangeable for reorders. Obviously there may be
a slight price difference due to the adjustment of annual lists.
