L’AZIENDA
Dal 1994 Intenda progetta e produce coperture mobili multifunzionali, ed è riuscita a realizzare
molteplici soluzioni innovative, diventando il punto di riferimento per il mercato.
La creatività dello staff di progettazione di Intenda produce ogni anno nuovi prodotti dal design
accattivante e di assoluta qualità. Nel corso del 2007 è stato brevettato il Copripiscina, la
copertura mobile per piscine con sistema a doppio telo. Nel 2008 è stato ridisegnato il Chiosco
Box, con un nuovo impatto estetico e un nuovo controsoffitto in tessuto.
Intenda mette a disposizione dei suoi partner, in Italia ed Europa, la sua pluriennale esperienza
per poter avere sempre i migliori prodotti nel campo delle coperture mobili, con un occhio di
riguardo ai trend che il mercato impone di anno in anno e cercando di anticipare i tempi, senza
trascurare la qualità dei componenti utilizzati e la sicurezza del prodotto.
Nel corso degli anni Intenda ha posto alcune importanti condizioni volte a migliorare la qualità e
la sicurezza dei prodotti e, in assenza di una normativa in materia, ha sostenuto autonomamente
un processo di certificazione delle proprie coperture mobili. Questo processo ci ha consentito
di avere un prodotto con caratteristiche di resistenza ai fattori esterni ben definite e di dotare
ogni copertura di un manuale di montaggio, uso e manutenzione, fondamentale per il corretto
utilizzo delle stesse. Tutto questo nell’ottica di migliorare i processi produttivi aziendali ed
ottenere i più alti standard qualitativi e di sicurezza, indispensabili per poter competere nel
mercato Europeo. I nostri uffici sono a vostra disposizione dal Lunedì al Venerdì dalle 8.00 alle

Il presente listino annulla e sostituisce tutti i precedenti. Resta valido fino a nuove disposizioni
che saranno comunicate tramite circolare o tramite la nostra rete vendita. Intenda s.r.l. si riserva
in qualsiasi momento, per casi di forza maggiore, la facoltà di procedere all’annullamento
dell’ordine. Si riserva inoltre il diritto di apportare ai suoi prodotti qualsiasi modifica tecnica
od estetica qualora lo ritenesse opportuno o necessario, senza darne preventiva notifica, e
mantenendo comunque le caratteristiche essenziali del prodotto.
PREZZI
I prezzi indicati nel presente listino sono IVA 20% INCLUSA.
TERMINI DI CONSEGNA
I termini di consegna sono indicativi e non impegnativi. Un ritardo di consegna non può dar
luogo né a penalità, né a richiesta di danni o interessi, né giustifica un annullamento dell’ordine.
Nessun indennizzo è previsto nel caso in cui il termine di consegna sia modificato per effetto
di scioperi, sommosse, calamità naturali, incidenti o per cause di forza maggiore. Gli ordini
dovranno essere comunque annullati esclusivamente a mezzo raccomandata A/R, oppure via
Fax al n. 0442 25164, oppure tramite e-mail all’indirizzo ordini@intenda.it.
RECLAMI
Eventuali reclami sulla funzionalità dei prodotti dovranno essere comunicati mezzo lettera
raccomandata entro e non oltre gli 8 giorni successivi al ricevimento della merce, mentre la
qualità e la quantità del prodotto dovranno essere verificate al momento del ritiro nelle modalità
specificate nel paragrafo “Trasporto”.
I materiali difettosi o di misure errate dovranno essere restituiti previa autorizzazione dell’azienda
e rispediti in porto franco. Nessun reclamo sarà accettato per eventuale variazione di colore fra
il campionario e i tessuti applicati.
PAGAMENTI
Il ritardato pagamento comporterà la sospensione delle spedizioni in corso, l’addebito delle
relative spese e l’applicazione degli interessi di mora ad un tasso pari al tasso ufficiale di sconto
durante il periodo di insolvenza, incrementato di 3 punti.
RICEVIMENTO ORDINI
Gli ordini dovranno pervenire via Fax in funzione 24 ore su 24, o e-mail all’indirizzo
ordini@intenda.it. Si consiglia di utilizzare la modulistica predisposta (scaricabile dall’indirizzo
http://www.intenda.it/modulo_ordini.pdf). L’azienda non è responsabile di eventuali errori o
disguidi su ordini trasmessi telefonicamente. Gli ordini incompleti verranno inviati in produzione
solo a ricevimento delle informazioni mancanti.

TELI SALDATI HOT-AIR
Novità della stagione 2010: I teli dei box che presentano questo logo verranno
lavorati tramite saldatura a caldo “hot-air” e non più tramite cucitura del tubetto. Questo tipo di
lavorazione consente di avere un miglior livello di finitura dei teli senza alcun sovrapprezzo.

USI PREVISTI
I Box Intenda vengono costruiti e commercializzati esclusivamente come protezione dagli agenti esterni per autovetture e attrezzature in genere.
Ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio, erroneo e potenzialmente pericoloso, e solleva Intenda da ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni
a persone o cose. In particolare, i box Intenda, non sono adatti ad ospitare persone e/o animali, se non per il solo tempo utile al passaggio o
come riparo meramente temporaneo.
I Box non sono dotati di sistemi di allarme, né di chiusure a chiave e/o combinazione, quindi non possono essere considerati riparo per beni di
valore.
I Box sono progettati come strutture leggere in alluminio, e come tali sono idonei esclusivamente per la protezione dalla pioggia, dal sole e dalla
grandine (nei limiti di resistenza dei tessuti impiegati), ma non sono idonei alla protezione dalla neve e dal vento. E’ quindi molto importante
richiudere immediatamente il Box (impacchettare), in caso di vento o neve.
Intenda s.r.l. non sarà in alcun modo responsabile nè in caso di collasso della struttura per eccessivo carico neve, nè in caso di sollevamento della
struttura per eccessivo vento.
Si raccomanda di seguire le procedure riportate sul Manuale d’Installazione, Uso e Manutenzione per evitare qualsiasi rischio.
TIPOLOGIE DI BOX
BASE
I box in versione Base sono box amovibili, non dotati di ruote. La struttura
in alluminio è corredata di nuove croci in tubolare zincato e verniciato RAL
9006; la tensionatura di questi box deve essere fatta attraverso l’apposito
cricchetto tensionatore (COD. 028). Ogni profilo di alluminio deve essere
fissato a terra tramite gli appositi piedini.
The Base version is a cover that is not equipped with any wheels. The
structure is made of aluminum and is equipped with new crosses made of
galvanized steel and lacquered RAL 9006; the tightening of the top cover
must be made through a stretching device (available as spare part cod.
028). Every aluminum profile must be coupled to the ground through metal
feets.
Die Box, Version Base, ist eine feste Box ohne Räder. Das Aluprofil ist mit
neuen Kreuzverbänden aus verzinktem und lackiertem (RAL 9006) Eisen
versehen. Die Box wird durch eine spezielle Vorrichtung gespannt (Cod.
028). Jedes Profil muss mit den vorgesehenen Füßen am Boden gefestigt
werden.
MOBILE
I box in versione Mobile sono box effettivamente mobili (che si possono
impacchettare), dotati di ruote in copolimero (di serie). La struttura in
alluminio è corredata di nuove croci in tubolare zincato e verniciato RAL
9006 e tiranti in acciaio verniciato RAL 9006; la tensionatura di questi
box avviene mettendo i tiranti in posizione aperta (a 180 °). Si può inoltre
agire sulle viti di regolazione dei tiranti per raggiungere il livello di tensione
desiderato. Vengono ancorati al terreno il profilo di fondo con delle apposite
staffe, e il profilo di fronte con un gancio a moschettone.
The Mobile version are effectively movable covers, and are equipped with
wheels made of co-polymer (plastic). The structure in aluminum is equipped
with new crosses made of galvanized steel and lacquered RAL 9006 and
tension-bars made of steel lacquered RAL 9006; the tightening of the top
cover is made by putting the tension-bars in a 180° position.
Die Box, Version Mobil, ist eine faltbare Box mit Kunststoffrädern. Das
Aluprofil ist mit neuen Kreuzverbänden und Hebeln aus verzinktem und
lackiertem (RAL 9006) Eisen versehen. Die Box wird gespannt, indem die
Hebel 180 Grad gespannt werden. Die Hebel können - je nach gewünschtem
Spannungsbedarf – reguliert werden. Das hintere Profil wird mit Füßen, das
vordere mit einem Karabinerhaken verankert.

In caso di consegna con nostro automezzo, non sarà necessario alcun imballo speciale, e
quindi nessuna maggiorazione verrà applicata ai costi di trasporto.
TRASPORTO
I costi di trasporto per la zona Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino
Alto Adige verranno comunicati direttamente dagli agenti tramite la Scheda Cliente.
Per le altre regioni i costi del trasporto potranno essere comunicati solo a preventivo, a causa
dell’estrema variabilità delle quotazioni in relazione alla dimensione del collo trasportato e al luogo
di consegna, oltre che all’andamento dei costi.
La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente anche se venduta in porto franco.
Sia nel caso in cui la spedizione venga effettuata con automezzo di Intenda, sia nel caso in cui
avvenga tramite un trasportatore o corriere esterno, il cliente dovrà mettere a disposizione dell’autista,
al momento dello scarico, adeguato personale in relazione alle dimensioni e al peso delle merci. In
particolare, come prevedono il D.Lgs. 626/94 in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro e la norma europea
UNI EN 1005-2, il limite massimo di peso per la movimentazione manuale dei carichi è di 25 Kg
per persone di sesso maschile che hanno dai 20 ai 35 anni. Oltre tale peso i carichi dovranno essere
movimentati da 2 o più persone. Qualora non fosse possibile scaricare i pacchi per assenza di
personale, questi verranno riportati presso i nostri magazzini con conseguente addebito delle spese
di trasporto.
Il destinatario dovrà controllare la merce all’arrivo, verificando lo stato, il peso, la qualità e il tipo
degli articoli: eventuali riserve dovranno essere effettuate immediatamente e segnalate sui documenti
di trasporto, soprattutto se il trasporto viene effettuato da un trasportatore esterno. In caso contrario
nessun reclamo potrà essere accettato, e non si potrà richiedere nessun risarcimento.
Il trasporto sarà in porto assegnato o franco e verrà addebitato sulla fattura.
I ritiri del materiale presso la nostra sede si dovranno effettuare esclusivamente dal lunedì al venerdì
nei seguenti orari: 8.00 - 11.45 / 14.00 - 16.30. Oltre tali orari non possiamo assicurare la presenza
di personale per le operazioni di carico.

I Box Intenda, salvo dove diversamente indicato, sono garantiti per 5 anni, con decorrenza dalla
data riportata sul documento fiscale di vendita, per il valore riportato nella seguente tabella.
Intenda’s products, unless otherwise indicated, are guaranteed for 5 years from the date stated
on the document of sale, for the value shown in the following table.
Sofern nicht anders angegeben, gilt für unsere Produkte eine 5-jährige Garantie ab Verkaufsdatum.

In caso di reclamo Intenda richiederà il documento fiscale, pena il decadimento della garanzia.
In caso di riconoscimento di materiale difettoso, la garanzia sarà estesa alla sola sostituzione
del materiale ad esclusione della manodopera e delle spese di trasporto. Non si potrà richiedere
alcun risarcimento riguardo a spese sostenute per la sostituzione del materiale già in opera.
L’errato uso dei prodotti, la loro manomissione, l’errata installazione, il mancato rispetto delle
indicazioni riportate nel “manuale di uso e manutenzione” o delle vigenti normative in materia
di sicurezza, il mancato rispetto dei pagamenti, comporteranno il decadimento della garanzia
relativa.
In the event of a claim, Intenda will require the document of sale. If the document would be
missing, the warranty will immediately decay. In case of recognition of defective material, the
warranty include only the substitution of material except labour and transportation costs.
No compensation could be requested for expenses incurred in replacement of material already
installed.
The misuse of the products, their tampering, incorrect installation, failure to comply with the
directions given in the user manual or the local regulations regarding safety, non-compliance of
payments, will lead to the decay of the warranty.
Garantieprüfungen kann Intenda nur gegen Rechnungsvorlage durchführen, ohne die grundsätzlich
kein Anspruch besteht. Die Garantie umfasst die Substitution des als fehlerhaft anerkannten
Materials, nicht jedoch Arbeits-und Transportkosten. Von der Garantie ebenso ausgeschlossen
sind Kosten, die bei der Beschaffung und ggfs. Installation von Ersatzmaterial entstanden sind.
Produktmissbrauch oder -manipulation, fehlerhafte Installation, Nichtbeachtung der
Bedienungsanleitung oder örtlicher Sicherheitvorschriften, sowie nicht eingehaltene
Zahlungsmodalitäten, führen zum Verfall der Garantie.

Il Box Modulare, comunemente detto anche Box
a chiocciola, è la più classica delle coperture per
automobili. La struttura in alluminio è realizzata
curvando i profili. La copertura è in PVC, e le prese
d’aria in tessuto microforato SOLTIS 92 vengono
applicate ad ogni modulo fisso, una per ciascun lato.
Modular Box, as known as Snail Box, is the more
classic car covering structure. The skeleton is made
curving the aluminium profiles. The top cover are
made of PVC Coversol 400 g/sqm. The windows
made of micro-perforated SOLTIS 92 will be weld
on every fixed module, one for each side

Die Modulare Box, also bekannt als Schnecken
Box, ist besonders bestimmt für Autos. Sie kann
manuell geöffnet und geschlossen werden und hat
die Plastikhandgriffe, zum vollständig geöffnet der

easily. A customizable width of cm 150 to 200
and a potentially unlimited length (thanks to the

Kiosk Box is a new movable structure with a very
nice looking design. It is a good solution for
outdoor furniture and as a movable cover outside
a pub or a restaurant. It is made of a tubular
structure in silver-anodised aluminium mm 60 x
40 in modules cm 105 wide joined together by
metallic crosses, and is covered by a PVC cloth
in solid color on the top, and with a detachable
transparent cloth at the sides.
A new version is available equipped with dark
Cristal and a Ceiling made of IriSun Mimosa or
Edera fabric.

Die Gastrobox ist eine neue, mobile Überdachung

Il nuovo Copripiscina Intenda è un rivoluzionario sistema di copertura per piscine interrate e non, che consente l’uso anche durante la stagione fredda,
grazie alla speciale copertura brevettata.
Il Copripiscina è disponibile in 2 diverse fasce di altezza. La versione alta cm 200 è disponibile anche con il sistema brevettato del doppio telo. Inoltre
sono disponibili le nuove guide a terra in alluminio con staffa di supporto a cuscinetti in Delrin.
Il sistema di croci permette l’impacchettamento del Copripiscina durante il periodo estivo; in questo modo può essere utilizzato come semplice copertura
contro sporcizia e insetti. Il Copripiscina inoltre vi permette di utilizzare la vostra piscina anche in caso di cattivo tempo.

cold season thanks to its special clothing system.

AUSSCHLIESSLICHEN PATENT INTENDA
Pooltunnel ist ein Exklusivpatent der Firma Intenda. Die mobile Überdachung, die es - dank der speziellen patentierten Struktur - ermöglicht, Swimmingpools
auch im Winter zu benutzen.
Der Pooltunnel ist in zwei Versionen verfügbar, wahlweise mit einer oder zwei Membranen. Es werden neue Aluschienen eingesetzt mit Fuß und
Kugellager Delrin (eine besondere Art Harz).
Das Scherensystem erlaubt das Zusammenfalten des Pooltunnels im Sommer und bietet die Möglichkeit, den Swimmingpool auch bei schlechtem Wetter
zu nutzen.
Der Pooltunnel besteht aus einem Aluprofil Farbe Silber, 60x40 mm, mit Modulen 105 cm breit und ist nur in der verschließbaren Version mit 125 mm-
Kunststoffrädern verfügbar.

Der Pooltunnel in den Höhen von 60 bis 100 cm ist der ideale Schutz, um den Pool vor Witterungsunbilden, Schmutz und

Der Pooltunnel in nutzbarer Höhe von 200 cm, ist ideal, um den Swimmingpool auch in den kühleren Jahreszeiten zu nutzen.
Das Scheren-System dieses Modells wird seitlich eingesetzt. Die Spannung erfolgt durch Ratschen, die am Ende der Scheren angebracht sind.

Pooltunnel Hohe 200 cm mit Doppelmembran
Der Pooltunnel in der Höhe 200 cm ist der perfekte Schutz, um den Pool in jeder Jahreszeit zu nutzen. Die Doppelmembran bietet
die Möglichkeit den Tunnel zu beheizen, indem warme Luft durch eine Zusatzheizung in die Luftkammern geblasen wird. Die Heizung ist im Lieferumfang
nicht enthalten! Bis zu einem gewissen Grad werden die Luft im Tunnel sowie das Wasser im Pool durch die Sonneneinstrahlung erwärmt.
Bei diesem Modell sind die Kreuzverbände an den Seiten. Die Bespannung wird durch Ratschen an den Enden der Kreuzverbände erreicht.

ist gleich.Ab einer Breite von 500 cm wird das Gestell durch Querprofile an jedem Modul verstärkt. Ab der Breite von 600
cm wird das Gestell durch Gegenspanner an den Querprofilen zusätzlich befestigt und die Kurven mit Verstärkungsteilen

La nuova Parete Mobile Intenda è la soluzione più
economica e funzionale per dividere due zone
di lavoro in un capannone, oppure per chiudere
una tettoia e trasformarla in questo modo in un
comodo garage. La parete si ancora al soffitto
tramite una guida in acciaio e scorre lateralmente
grazie a carrelli in acciaio fissati alle estremità
superiori dei profili e a ruote in copolimero Ø
mm 125. Alle ruote si alternano i chiavistelli, che
consentono di bloccare la parete a terra in modo
che non venga fatta ondeggiare dal vento.
La struttura è formata da un tubolare in alluminio
anodizzato argento mm 60 x 40, con moduli
di larghezza variabile ed è disponibile
solo nella versione mobile. Oltre l’altezza di cm
300 le croci sono accoppiate in altezza. Per la
tensionatura dei moduli vengono utilizzati dei
cricchetti agganciati alle estremità delle croci.
Nel dettaglio, la struttura è composta da:
• Profili in alluminio anodizzato argento mm 60
x 40
• Croci in tubolare metallico zincato e verniciato
RAL 9006 complete di viti e pattini; a partire
dall’altezza di mt 3 croci accoppiate in
altezza
• Teli di copertura in PVC 530 gr/mq con finestre
in PVC Cristal trasparente - larghezza
variabile
• Sistema di tensionamento dei teli a cricchetti
agganciati alle estremità delle croci
• Guida monorotaia in acciaio ancorata a
soffitto per scorrimento della parete mobile.
Fino all’altezza di mt 5 guida da mm 34x30,
oltre guida da mm 42x54.
• Carrelli di supporto per profili e telo, che
scorrono nella guida monorotaia
• Ruote in copolimero con vite diam. mm 125
alternate a chiavistelli in acciaio zincato (1
ruota, 1 chiavistello)
The New Movable Wall Intenda is the cheaper
solution to split 2 working areas of a warehouse,
or to close a canopy as showed in the picture
above. The movable wall is attached to the roof
by a steel rail and slides to the sides using trucks
installed on the top of the structure and plastic
wheels Ø mm 125 on the ground. The Movable
Wall can be tighten to the ground by the use of
the door latch. This is done to make the structure
more resistant to the wind.
The main structure is made of anodized
aluminium profile mm 60 x 40 color silver, that
forms variable width modules and is
available only in the Mobile version. For products
taller than cm 300 the crosses will be coupled in
height. There are girths and finger catches placed
towards the ends of the crosses to enable proper
cover stretching. The movable wall is made of:
• Arched aluminium profiles color silver mm 60
x 40
• Crosses made of galvanized steel, lacquered
RAL 9006, with screws and washers; from mt.
3 tall the crosses are coupled in height
• Top cover made of PVC 530 gr/sqm with
windows made of Cristal - variable width
• Girths and finger catches placed towards the
ends of the crosses to enable proper cover
stretching
• Single rail made of steel attached to the roof to
enable the sliding of the structure. Starting with
mt. 5 high the rail guide used is mm 34x30,
beyond the rail guide used is mm. 42x54
• Sliding trolleys

Das neue Scheren-Wandsystem Intenda ist die
preiswerteste und funktionelle Lösung, um eine
Halle zu trennen, oder um eine Überdachung zu
schließen.
Die Wand wird durch eine Stahlschiene an die
Decke gehängt und läuft seitlich dank Rollen
aus Stahl, die an den oberen Enden der Profile
gefestigt sind und dank Rädern aus Kunststoff
(Durchmesser 125 mm). Die Räder wechseln sich
mit Riegeln ab, um die Wand gegen den Wind
zu befestigen.
Die mobile Wand besteht aus einem Alu-Profil,
40x60 mm, Farbe Silber mit Modulen, die
unterschiedliche Breite haben können. Die
Wand ist nur in der mobilen Variante verfügbar.
Über die Höhe von 300 cm werden doppelte
Kreuzverbände eingesetzt. Für die Bespannung
werden Ratschen an die Enden der Kreuzverbände
angebracht.
