diventato realtà.
Le prime sperimentazioni, i primi telai in titanio, le prime soddisfazioni.
Il titanio è un materiale difficile da reperire e ancor più difficile da lavorare, ma la
grande volontà di portare avanti negli anni un progetto così fortemente voluto, ha
fatto si che il marchio Passoni sia diventato un punto di riferimento a livello
mondiale.
Telai completamente unici e personalizzati sono sempre stati l’obbiettivo di
Passoni per soddisfare le esigenze di chi è sempre alla ricerca della perfezione
che si ritrova nella bellezza.
Oggi dopo più di vent’anni l’entusiasmo è lo stesso di allora.

ci permette di scegliere diametri,sezioni, lunghezze e rinforzi più adatti a costruire il tuo telaio.

Our triple-butted drawn titanium tubes are made in conformity with our instructions and it
allow us to choose the most suitable diameters, sections, lengths and reinforcements to build
your frame.

harmonious frame to meet your driving needs and not only.
We have an important tube range for carbon frames, with different forms, thicknesses,
sections and fibre density to product and offer you the frame of your dreams.

I MATERIALI
Per ottenere i miglioririsultatièfondamen
migliori risultati è fondamentale utilizzare i migliori materiali.
Le tubazioni utilizzate sono in titanio grado 9 (3AL/2,5V) a spessore differenziato e vengono
realizzate su specifiche Passoni attraverso un processo di trafilatura.
La scatola del movimento centrale, il tubo sterzo e i forcellini vengono ricavati dal pieno e sono
realizzati in titanio grado 5 (6AL/4V).
I telai vengono assemblati attraverso un processo di saldatura in assenza di ossigeno
all’interno di una campana iperbarica in cui viene immesso gas Argon per rendere l’atmosfera
controllata. Successivamente tutte le saldature vengono plasmate con precisione assoluta.
Il carbonio utilizzato è di provenienza aeronautica ed è prodotto in Italia. Anch’esso viene
assemblato manualmente attraverso un procedimento di fasciatura.
Il risultato è un telaio con doti di reattività uniche.
Per i modelli in acciaio inox vengono utilizzate le prestigiose leghe XCr di casa Columbus.
Anche in questo caso i telai realizzati hanno doti di grande performance ed eleganza.
Il tutto con lo stile e la qualità di sempre.
THE MATERIALS
To achieve the best results it is crucial to use the best materials.
Our tubes are made of titanium grade 9 (3AL/2,5V) with differentiated thickness and manufactured by a
drawing process in conformity with Passoni’s specifications.
The central bottom bracket shell, the steering tube and the dropouts are machined from a solid piece and
are made of titanium grade 5 (6AL/4V).
The frames are assembled by a welding process in an oxygen-free environment inside a hyperbaric
chamber filled with argon gas in order to control the atmosphere. Then all welds are accurately moulded.
Our carbon comes from aeronautical sources and is produced in Italy. It too is assembled manually by a
binding process.
The result is a frame with unique reactive qualities.
For the stainless steel models, we use the prestigious XCr alloys by Columbus.
In this case too, our frames have a great performance and elegance.
