Academy, a free online training to help
people programming, easily and intuitively,
UR collaborative robots.
Learning how to set up and program a UR
collaborative robot no longer depends on real
life access to a robot or a training class.
Now everybody with a desire to learn the concepts
of cobots can log in to the Universal Robots
Academy and get the introduction necessary to
master basic programming skills.
By simply signing in, it is possible to access the
online Academy, which hosts some practical
modules, organized just like actual e-learning
sessions dedicated to several aspects dealing with
the use of UR robots. Data sheet, documents and
information allow every single registered operator
to access and start a training session, anytime or
anywhere.
Virtually “testing” a cobot
Several advantages result from the use of the UR
Academy: it is no longer necessary to wait for
a technician to schedule one or more training
sessions and, above all, the service is provided
for free. UR Academy is a very useful tool also to
“test” a UR robot virtually. It is then possible to carry
out a personal evaluation of the actual machine
potential as well as the ease of programming, set
up and use.
