esterousa Summer Fancy Food Show, New York Il Summer Fancy Food Show è il più grande evento dell’industria alimentare del Nord America e la principale vetrina per l’innovazione del settore nel mercato americano. Anche quest’anno Menù vi ha preso parte in collaborazione con il partner storico Atalanta che da oltre 15 anni distribuisce i prodotti Menù nel mercato statunitense. Quest’anno la manifestazione si è svolta dal 23 al 25 giugno ed è stata l’occasione per Menù per far assaggiare tutte le novità presentate oltreoceano nell’ultimo anno: la Gransalsa di cuori di carciofi in asettico, la Ècremaaiformaggi Menù Evolution e il Preparato in polvere per salame al cioccolato, ma anche i prodotti “cult” Menù come i Carciofi grigliati e la Panna cotta. Il mercato americano rappresenta per Menù uno dei più importanti e consolidati per l’azienda: da oltre 15 anni Menù può vantare una collaborazione solida con l’importatore Atalanta Corp. grazie al quale le specialità italiane Menù, in particolare la Pomodorina, salsa regina dell’azienda di Medolla che da oltre 50 anni rappresenta il cuore rosso di Menù, la fanno da padrone nelle cucine di alcune grandi catene di ristoranti, hotel e supermercati. Oltre a questa partnership da oltre due anni è cominciata la grande scalata da parte di Menù nel catering a stelle e strisce: giorno dopo giorno, sempre più ristoranti e hotel apprezzano la qualità delle specialità Menù, una costante fatta di materie prime selezionate e curate in prodotti di facile utilizzo come sempre più richiesto dalle cucine di tutto il mondo. The Summer Fancy Food Show is the biggest food industry event in North America and the leading showcase for food sector innovations in the American market. Menù was once again in attendance this year as part of a collaboration with its historic partner Atalanta, distributor of Menù products in the US market for over 15 years. This year’s show took place on 23-25 June and was a chance for Menù to offer a taste of all the new products launched across the Atlantic in the last year: Gransalsa artichoke heart sauce in aseptic packaging, Menù Evolution Ècremaaiformaggi and the Chocolate salami cake mix, but also cult Menù products like Grilled artichokes and Panna Cotta. The American market is one of Menù’s most important and established markets: for over 15 years Menù has been able to boast a strong partnership with importer Atalanta Corp. thanks to which Menù Italian specialities, in particular Pomodorina, the queen of the Medolla company’s sauces and for over 50 years the red beating heart of Menù, are mainstays of the kitchens of some of the biggest restaurant, hotel and supermarket chains. In addition to this partnership, for over two years Menù has been establishing itself in the US catering industry: day after day increasing numbers of restaurants and hotels are switching to the quality of the Menù specialities, a reliable supply line of select and carefully processed raw materials in products that are easy-to-use, as increasingly requested by kitchens all over the world. Una proposta presentata in fiera: Insalata di grani antichi con Dorati pomodori ciliegini al basilico Menù, Capperini Menù, mandorle, vinaigrette di peperoni e polpo alla griglia.
