Una donna afghana nasconde suo figlio
perché non ha abbastanza soldi per
portarla oltre il confine iraniano. Nel
mezzo, il suo piano viene svelato. Deve
prendere una decisione difficile.
An Afghan woman hides her child because
she does not have enough money to take her
across Iran’s border. In the middle of the way,
her plan is exposed. She has to make a difficult
decision.
Brahim è l’unico custode di Mehdi, suo
fratello di 10 anni. Vivono in alloggi
sociali in una zona suburbana. Mehdi,
ferito in guerra, è ora handicappato,
costringendo il fratello Brahim ad
assumersi pesanti responsabilità. Tra
abitudini, lavoretti e il suo lavoro di
fattorino per sbarcare il lunario, Brahim
è esausto e si trova di fronte a un grave
dilemma.
Brahim is the sole caretaker for Mehdi,
his 10-year-older-brother. They live in
social housing in a suburban area. Mehdi,
wounded at war, is now handicapped,
forcing his brother Brahim to take on heavy
responsibilities. Between habits, chores and
his job as a delivery man to make ends meet,
Brahim is exhausted and faced with a major
dilemma.
