THE “DISCOVERING PORDENONE BETWEEN LANDAND WATER” ROUTE99The route develops in a ring starting from theAdam and Eve Bridge (1), and offers 3 options:the “Path of Female Workers” (A), availablefrom 2022, the embankment of the NoncelloRiver (B) and Via Riviera del Pordenone (C).These three options are three parallel routesthat connect the river to Viale Martelli.Through Viale Dante, entering Galvani Park (2),you can visit the MIRA, an itinerary museumof the ancient rose and the PAFF!, PalazzoArte Fumetto Friuli, the Friulian art andcomics palace for comics exhibitions. Onceyou reach Via del Maglio, you will encounterSeminary Park (3). Cross the park and exit atTorre, near Villa Romana, where you can visitthe Archaeological Museum (4) and CastlePark (5). From here, continue north and enterVia Piave, which leads to Saint ValentinePark (6), structured as an “accessible andinclusive park”. Once you exit Galvani Park, itis possible to shorten the route to reach SaintValentine Park, by taking the road adjacent toLake Tomadini (7) which will lead you northto the Park of Saint Charles Lakes (8). At thispoint, cross Via San Valentino and enter SaintValentine Park.From Saint Valentine Park, continue north onVia Interna, Via Colvera and, crossing the SacroCuore Square, on Via San Quirino. By takingthe cycle-pedestrian passage that leads toViale Rotto, reach the Civil Hospital. Cross ViaMontereale and continue along Viale DivisioneModotti until you reach the ImmaculateConception Park (9). This park connects withVia Ungaresca, and reaches the Gallini cyclepedestrianpath. Take a short walk throughCimolai Park (10), a reference point for familiesand runners, made in the style of Englishlandscape parks.Crossing Viale Grigoletti from Via Rosario,reach the park in Via Casarsa, which leadsto Via Maggiore. The Rorai Lakes Park (11),dedicated to the martyrs of the foibes, can bereached through a cycle-pedestrian passage,embellished with a beautiful mural. Once youhave crossed the park, exit in Via Cotonificioand continue in Via Tessitura until you arrivein Via Cappuccini. Walking along Via Burida,you will reach the Pordenone side of BuridaLake (12). Next, take Via Sabbioni and returnto Via Cappuccini. At the end of Via Cappuccini,having crossed the road, keep slightly to the leftto enter Querini Park (13). Take a walk throughthe park and exit in “the Bronx” direction, thebusiness district designed by architect GinoValle.
