Brechts’ steaks are prepared on high-end lava stone grills, ensuring a tender crust, exquisite roasted flavour and a perfect juicy centre. The Wagyu beef is aged for at least 14 days, the flavour concentrating in the tender and juicy flesh. The cattle graze on pastures in the open countryside of New South Wales and are then grain-fed for more than 450 days. The beef from Nebraska, USA is also considered among the best in the world. The US government’s non-hormone-treated cattle programme and the strict observance of traditional cattle breeding methods guarantee its quality. ADVERTORIAL STAND OF THE DAY LG Electronics GARDEN GALLERY / A-10 Art and Life Intersect On LG SIGNATURE Gallery 1 2 3 4 IAN KIM VP Brand Management, LG Electronics with Jason Bruges, artist All superfluous elements of LG SIGNATURE's products have been stripped away, so that the intrinsic purpose and pure essence of each product shines through, says Ian Kim, VP Brand Management at LG Electronics. To celebrate this design breakthrough, LG is at IFA with a revolutionary stand concept called The LG SIGNATURE Garden Gallery that uses art and architecture as metaphors for SIGNATURE's brand philosophy. 1 THE LG SIGNATURE GARDEN GALLERY comprised of two main buildings, is the brainchild of internationally renowned architect Soo-in Yang and acclaimed Jason Bruges Studio. The result is a beautiful orchestration of light and sound, connecting LG’s premium products with elemental forces such as water, ice, the moon and stars. 2 THE LG SIGNATURE OLED TV allows for clearer and more vivid expression than ever before. In line with the LG SIGNATURE philosophy, it is unhindered by irrelevant design. Borders barely exist and the stand is omitted, replaced by a sound bar. For his art installation in the rotunda, Jason Bruges Studio created OLED lighting ‘stars’ that are made of the same organic light emitting diodes used in the TV display. 3 THE LG SIGNATURE WASHING MACHINE makes laundry simple, elegant and almost silent, with vibrations kept to the absolute minimum. All buttons have been replaced by an intuitive, circular touch screen, embedded in the glass door. The Twin Wash solution saves time, allowing two simultaneous washes. In his art work, Jason Bruges Studio used the rotation of the moon to represent the aesthetic of the machine. 4 THE ESSENCE (INTRINSIC PURPOSE) OF A REFRIGERATOR is to keep its contents cold, fresh and clean. The InstaView Door-in-Door function saves time and energy and the Auto Door Open function allows for quick and easy access. LG’s holistic philosophy is further reflected in the fact that the external appearance of the Garden Gallery is intended to echo the lines, colours and materials utilised in the SIGNATURE product range.
