Our product development is always creating new collections adapted to our customers demand. To ensure that each item keeps its promises we pay special attention to optimized fabrics and cuts. The EXCD collection is extremely rugged and flexible making use of the latest VORTEX® Spinning Technology: VORTEX® yarn is less hairy and has a better resistance to pilling and abrasion. It allows a long lasting fabric performance through a greater number of washing cycles, an optimal colour fastness and it is less prone to shrink. VORTEX® yarn provides a better moisture absorption and quick dry properties. Our EXCD collection is made of cotton rich composition which is 60 % cotton and 40 % polyester, selected for a perfect mix of wearing comfort and functionality. The garments are washable at 60°, dryer-proof and tested according to ISO 15797 industrial washing and finishing procedures. The professional EXCD workwear collection includes: men and women short and longsleeve T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts and sweat-jackets in sizes XS–5 XL in up to 15 colours. 06
In the VORTEX® Spinning Technology, the ends of each fibers are spun with help of flow of compressed air. Similar like a whirl, the air draws the fibers together to the yarn center. Each fiber is insured with the inner yarn and generates a stable yarn with less hairiness. The yarn is extremely durable and long-lasting. The VORTEX® yarn from cotton-polyester has resistance to abrasion and pilling. Low shrinkage and optimal colour fastness optimizes our EXCD Premium collection. 07
