However, if a major repair should become necessary, this will be done in our workshop in the shortest possible time. The optimized lever ratios and smooth bearings facilitate working with very little effort. This lets you relax during many of the press operations and keeps your output of continuously good quality. 6
HEATING PLATES CONSISTENCY AND OUTSTANDING OUTPUT. Our heating plates use exclusively Mikanit surface heaters. The tightly wrapped heating wires guarantee constant and uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire surface. Furthermore, only very high-quality milled aluminum cast plates with special pre-treatment are installed. These plates promise to apply the perfect pressure even after years of use. Each heating plate is equipped with a Teflon surface that can be replaced anytime. WORKING PLATES CUSTOM EQUIPMENT AND EXPANSION OPTIONS. Each heat press is equipped with a quick-change fixture for a wide range of working plates. So that you can equip the heat press or expand it to perfectly address any transfer task you may have. In addition to our standard plates, we are able to manufacture your particular size. All working plates are without obstructions all around, which is convenient for easily pulling over the textiles, preventing the pesky problem of double layers. 10mm-thick silicone rubber and a felt cover give the table the additional extra for optimized printing results. The cover is for protection and can be removed for laundering at any time. Our unique quick-change system with 45° milled guides facilitates changing the various working plates in just seconds. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT INTUITIVE AND EASY PRESS OPERATION. The control units of our heat presses consist exclusively of individual high-quality components. It is therefore possible to adapt the controls to the customer’s needs without too much effort. Plus, should repairs ever be required, no need to replace the complete control unit, but only the affected component, which usually can be done by the customer himself without too much effort.
