|On Board| The Latest Wave The newest yachts on the water – and one old favourite – are marked by a devotion to sustainability and a passion for ultimate style. By Cornelia Marioglou Baltic S/Y Perseverance With this advanced composite yacht, the Finnish yard demonstrates its sustainable approach. With a LOA of 35.8 metres (including the bowsprit, 39.6 m), she has a distinctive pilot cutter-style, with straight stem, bowsprit, counter stern and deep bulwarks, designed by Dykstra Naval Architects. A light and airy interior completes this sailing yacht with classic lines. balticyachts.fi wallypower58 Revamping a design icon is never easy, but the team at wallypower has done a marvellous job with its latest release, which was premiered at the Venice Boat Show in early June. Particularly impressive developments are the entertainment areas that fold out to increase the outdoor space, and the cameras on the craft’s periphery that relay images of the surrounding scenery to flat screens on either side of the salon. The latter development is an exciting first on a yacht and one other yards will be sure to copy. The wallypower58, which can reach a top speed of 36 knots, is certainly a beguiling yacht. wally.com Next Yacht Group AB 80 Another unit within the AB series was launched in June. Speed is the brand core for the Italian firm AB, and a top one of over 50kn is guaranteed per contract. The pleasure of high performance is also the success of the brand, with five units between 24 and 37 metres launched, and in just four months three units ranging from 30 and 37 metres sold. The 25.40m AB 80 is scheduled for delivery at the end of the year. nextyachtgroup.com Rossinavi Oneiric The Italian shipyard has teamed up with Zaha Hadid Architects to create a greener yachting future – and the result is a state-of-the art catamaran with a LOA of 44 metres. This green-technology flagship has solar panels integrated into the design to charge a highly efficient battery pack, with consumption being monitored by artificial intelligence. The aim: cruising 100% in fullelectric mode, with zero emissions. rossinavi.it PHOTOS FROM TOP: STELLA GOMMANS, GILLES MARTIN-RAGET, © ROSSINAVI, A&B PHOTODESIGN, 60 CENTURION-MAGAZINE.COM

Inspired by the four-leaf clover, its motif has endured, embodying the timeless style of the Maison and the excellence of its savoir-faire. vancleefarpels.com PHOTOS FROM TOP: FRANCISCO MARTINEZ, TOM VAN OOSSANEN Lürssen M/Y Blue On 2 July, the 160m Blue embarked on her maiden voyage to the Mediterranean. Many years of planning, engineering and building to the finest and highest standards have come to an end. “To execute such a comprehensive project, an excellent team is necessary,” emphasises managing partner Peter Lürssen. At Lürssen, technology and engineering are the key strengths, here combining to generate less noise and vibration, reduce nitrogen oxide levels, and create a state-of-the-art exhaust after-treatment system, with clean wastewater turned into drinking-water quality. All of that might not sound so sexy, but these are necessities to enjoy life on board. luerssen.com Oyster Perpetual Air-King The Air-King has a black dial with a combination of large 3, 6 and 9 numerals marking the hours. The green second-hand echoes the brand’s colour. The new-generation Air-King is equipped with calibre 3230, a movement that, with a Chronergy escapement, is at the forefront of watchmaking technology.
