AU.PONANT.COM * In case of trip cancellation, the SERENITY policy covers passengers with a full refund for new bookings made after 9 March 2020 departing prior to 31 October 2021. The passenger will pay only a 10% deposit of the cruise fare to confirm the reservation, and the final balance will be due 30 days before departure. Cancellations up to 30 days before departure will entitle the passenger for a refund or the possibility to transfer the full amount to a future booking once without a fee. The cancellation conditions are valid for the cruise itself only. For other services, including pre/post cruise programmes, the cancellation is dependent on the policies of our suppliers. You can secure your booking by providing us with a deposit of 50% of the accommodation tariff or package rate. Owen River Lodge is a small boutique lodge and cancellations affect us greatly. If your reservation is cancelled or the dates amended within 90 days of your arrival there, will be a charge of 25% of the total accommodation & guiding tariff or package rate. Subject to availability. Within 60 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 50%. Within 45 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 75%. Within 30 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 100%. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans. If you’re unable to make a trip due to official government travel restrictions implemented because of the COVID-19 coronavirus, all payments will be credited to a future stay at Owen River Lodge.
