With a core temperature sensor, it monitors the cooking process at the core of the food and turns the oven off when the desired temperature is reached. It also features an advanced self cleaning function to take the effort out of keeping your oven as clean and fresh as when you fi rst purchased it. It heats up to 500 degrees Celsius so that all food residue is turned to ash and can simply be wiped away. This oven uses a maintenance free catalyst to oxidise grease and fumes coming from the oven so the air in the kitchen remains clean and free of unpleasant odours. The multi-layered glass panels with refl ective coating, keep the heat in the oven while the outside door remains cool to touch. The AEG SoftMotion hinges display the quality of this oven, as the owner effortlessly and softly opens and closes the door.
