An array of newcomers—includingbdtronic, Infotech, and Endrich Bauelemente—helpedto round off the offering and forge new connections.This year’s edition of the event featured two newhalls, where products from industry giants such asToshiba, Novosense, Microelectronics, and RenesasElectronics were on show.Reflecting technologicaladvancementsAiming to encourage and spur technical progress andprovide a platform for the sharing of ideas, the expoconference program featured an extensive line-up ofpresentations across three stages: Exhibitor, Technology,and E-Mobility and Energy Storage. The Technologystage featured presentations such as “Lateral,Vertical, Bidirectional! Innovations and Progress inGaN Devices and Power ICs” by Fraunhofer IAF, andexperts from Infineon Technologies expounded onthe benefits of vertical power delivery in artificial intelligenceand GPU applications. The presentationson the Technology and E-Mobility & EnergyStorage Stages were recorded and have been madeavailable on the event website.Additionally, the event featured a University ResearchZone offering exclusive access to the most recentscientific findings in power electronics. Eachday, a different university was featured, presentingthe most current projects and providing insights intorelated developments. Participants included AalborgUniversity in Denmark, the University of Stuttgart inGermany, and Teesside University in the UK. Currentresearch findings in the field of sustainability presentedby the University of Innsbruck in Austria wereparticularly well received.Future-oriented innovationsThe accompanying PCIM Conference once again provideda platform for promoting exchange betweenthe realms of industry and science.
