The CEO with a c l e a r vision of the future Thabani Msibi, CEO of 3Sixty Client Solutions, leads an entity that is part of a diverse group of companies with a purpose-driven culture that cultivates an environment where perspectives are wider and insights deep-seated. Therein lies all the creativity, innovation and ingenuity needed to problem-solve in an ever-changing environment. Established in 2010, 3Sixty Client Solutions is a financial services provider registered with FSCA and CMS, and a client services company comprising of 3Sixty Connect, 3Sixty Loyalty, 3Sixty Insure and 3Sixty Payment Solutions. Positioned to be a onestop shop that is data-centric and technologically savvy, 3Sixty Client Solutions continues to evolve by providing solution-based products in the life, short-term, retail pension and retirement benefits. Over the past 15 years Msibi has occupied various senior and executive positions at BIDVest Panalpina Logistics, Compass Group PLC, Tsebo Group, Liberty and 3Sixty Life and served various boards. This has propelled him to explore business ventures in Africa and Asia and has successfully set up businesses that operate to this day. Thabani Msibi, CEO of 3Sixty Client Solutions, a division of 3Sixty Global Solutions. Msibi has also ticked all the traditional boxes of career success after achieving: a Bachelor of Commerce (Acc) from University of Zululand, Honours in Accountancy from University of KwaZulu-Natal, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Practice from Henley Business School and an MBA from University of KwaZulu-Natal (Graduate School of Business and Leadership). In 2018 and 2019 respectively, Msibi was appointed as COO and CEO of 3Sixty Life, which was a major coup for the inspirational executive, allowing him to achieve his personal goal of becoming a CEO by the age of 37. The benefit of his age means he is not tied down in the grip of a bygone era but has the benefit of its wisdom because of the company he keeps. Msibi learned about technology and innovation through working with multiple software systems and is directly involved in developing, reengineering, integration and data migration. This allows him to develop skills at a rate that exceeds most of his contemporaries.
