Much in the same spirit as our “Architecture & Equipment” and “Innovations & Technologies” sections, our “Travel & Tourism” section will now be structured as a true tool of decision-making for tour operators and travel agents. The various topics covered will include: • Trends & figures relating to the destination • “In the Field” (vision of a local expert) • New routes and transport ideas • Ten new / different ideas for visitors • Key issues and stakes for hoteliers • New hotel openings This Travel & Tourism topic will thus aim to be a particularly interesting exchange platform for understanding the issues of hoteliers in different destinations spotlighting how the major hotel groups leverage their marketing power for local franchisees. We are now seeking to establish the partnerships necessary for the success of this project and would be very pleased to hear from hotel operators wishing to participate and involve some of their hotels in this innovative concept.
