CHEESE Norwegian Brunost goat’s milk cheese is made from whey, a bi-product of regular cheese. Explorer Leif Eriksson may have taken long lasting Brunost on his sea voyages. It is delicious eaten with waffles. Norwegian ones are heart shaped. Waffles are also popular in Belgium, where they are square. 10
