I SPECIAL FEATURE I WINES I Pioneering Château Pech-Latt marks 30 years of organic certification Château Pech-Latt, in Lagrasse in the Corbières appellation in Languedoc-Roussillon, is celebrating its 30 th anniversary of organic farming certification. Ideally located between land and sea, and benefiting from a dual climate and rich and diverse terroirs, AOC Corbières has 10,600 hectares of vines, including 1,300 hectares in organic farming. Maison Mirabeau has unveiled a stunning custom bottle for its iconic Côtes de Provence Rosé Pure inspired by the sun glistening on waves on the French Riviera. This standout design invites the consumer to hold and rotate the bottle and to be fascinated by its unique design and reflections. Founded in 2010 by a British couple, Stephen and Jeany Cronk, Maison Mirabeau represents a shared passion for Provence and its emblematic rosés. Maison Mirabeau, which expects to achieve B Corp accreditation in early 2023, works with the best producers in Provence and has its own estate, Domaine Mirabeau Château Pech-Latt gained its organic certification in 1991, so the 2021 vintage represents 30 years of its deep commitment to nature. Among the estate's red wines is Château de Chambert 2017, the historic wine of the chateau, a 100% blend of estate old vines, while Le Cause Rouge 2018 offers a fine red fruit bouquet. Le Cause Rosé Malbec Champagne Royal Riviera, which celebrates the lifestyle of Monaco and the French Riviera, has unveiled its stunning Rosé Princier Champagne. From the Montagne de Reims terroir, it consists of 40% Pinot Noir for structure, 25% Chardonnay for elegance and finesse, 20% Meunier for the fruity side and 15% AOC red wine for the colour. A bright and elegant salmon pink accompanied by delicate fine bubbles, it is very fruity and powerful on the nose, with intense aromas of fresh fruits (notably cherries and strawberries), which together form an exquisite feminine bouquet Hall 3 / Stand J-081 2020 is fresh and fruity with a beautiful aromatic complexity. After making a success of distribution to professionals, the company has launched a range of bottled wines, Les Contrepèteries, which was born out of an ambition to break the mould of Bordeaux wines.
