Who Are We?ManagementThe Company’s operation managers have been largely provided by Tradition NorthAmerica (TNA) through direct involvement of key principals as well as throughthe appointment of directors. In early 2004, TNA invited Mr. Joseph Botkier, awell-respected retired banker with extensive international banking and FX marketexperience, to assume the day-to-day executive management of the Company in a bidto streamline the operations and to provide new leadership. For the five years sinceMr. Botkier’s appointment, the Company has grown by a factor of 20. The chairmanof the Company and principal shareholder is Mr. Emil Assentato, a 30-year Wall Streetveteran who also serves as the CEO of Tradition’s North American operations. Mr.Lubomir Kaneti serves as the Company’s chief operating officer and Dr. James E.Green is the Company’s chief legal officer and managing director. Both Mr. Kaneti andDr. Green have substantial executive operational experience in the foreign exchangeindustry. Mr. Shawn Dilkes is the Company’s chief technology officer and overseesthe Company’s R&D efforts and overall trading platform integrity. Mr. John Corbett isthe Company’s director of marketing and supervises retail and institutional marketingcampaigns. Mr. Timothy Garland is the Company’s chief financial officer. Mr. ThomasO’Reilly serves as our senior vice president of sales and manages the sales processes ofretail and institutional clients. Mr. Robert McKeon is the Company’s chief risk officer andmanages the Company’s dealing operation.
