Should dogs be allowed on the golf course?

No Says Fergus Bisset A couple of months ago, we got a new dog. He's a wee Jack Russell called Victor. He's insanely good fun and, at just four months old, rather a handful. We will work hard to train him, to make sure he's well behaved around people, children, other dogs and other animals. I hope we do a good job.
