Twitch monetization tweaks

Video-streaming service Twitch is on track to make some major changes to its monetization policies. According to CEO Dan Clancy, tools like subscriptions will be open to “most streamers”, even if their account doesn’t have ‘Affiliate’ or ‘Partner’ status.
