Phone use in bed linked to sleep loss

People who stare at phone screens in bed are less likely to get a good night’s sleep, a study has found. The research, carried out by the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, suggests that each additional hour of screen time was linked to 24 minutes less sleep and a 63-per-cent increase in risk of insomnia.
