Ask Evri for ‘actual’ delivery location

Like other readers in recent issues, I’ve had a lot of trouble with Evri deliveries. Several haven’t been received in spite of ‘Proof of Delivery’ photos. Evri encouraged me to install their app and I completed the ‘what3words’ location and, as suggested extras, I included a picture of the front of my house indicating my safe place.
