His programme includes the deregulation of the energy sector, which implies more exploration of the Vaca Muerta basin in Patagonia. It contains the world’s second-largest shale gas and fourth-largest shale oil reserves respectively. Enter Vista Energy, based in Mexico City but focused on Argentina.
