BLOCK ‘ADULT’ BOOK ADVERTS ON KINDLE Amazon’s latest Kindle update (5.18.3) lets you block adverts for books “that may not be appropriate for everyone” appearing on your lock screen and home page. Tap ‘Settings’, Your Account, Lockscreen Ads, then turn on the ‘Filter ads’ slider (see screenshot below). Amazon doesn’t say what counts as inappropriate, but it’s likely to include books with adult themes. It’s available for 11th- and 12th-generation Kindles, plus the Colorsoft and Scribe. BELKIN END...
