Freely TV box confirmed – but not on Amazon or Roku

Freely has confirmed it will launch a streaming box later this year, but it will be made by French firm Netgem and so won’t appear as an app on Amazon Fire TV Sticks or Roku players. It means you’ll be able to watch Freely channels by plugging the box into any smart TV, making it available to millions of existing TV owners who don’t want to buy a new set.
