Governments might force VPNs to block porn sites

John Miller is no doubt right that under-18s will use VPNs to get around the age checks for porn sites (Letters, Issue 715), but that’s not a convincing argument against age checks themselves. He says it’s like a modern equivalent of using false ID in pubs to prove you’re 18, and that’s a fair point too.
