Don’t block Govt’s phone alert – it prepared me for storms

Issue 715’s ‘Question of the Fortnight’ (pictured) about the forthcoming test alarm being sent by the Government gave instructions for configuring your phone so it doesn’t receive the alert. I believe there are good reasons why some vulnerable people would want to do this – if they use a ‘secret’ phone at home, for example.
