Why didn’t ISP place router where I wanted?
Q: I recently switched internet providers, but when the engineers came they wouldn’t put the router where I wanted it. I can connect my laptop if I’m near the router, but I can’t connect devices further away, including my PC and TV. Is this covered by Ofcom’s scheme for automatic compensation (www.snipca.com/55703)?
