Plusnet credited me £368 for broadband delay
I recently decided to switch my broadband service from Sky (www.sky.com/broadband) to Plusnet (www.plus.net). However, Plusnet took over six weeks from the date I ordered it to get it up and running. This was extremely frustrating but it was not the fault of Plusnet or Sky. Instead Openreach was to blame, because it took them too long to install the cable to my home.
