The latest version of this excellent free video editor introduces a new Soft Focus filter set for making your home movies look more dreamlike or nostalgic. To use it, click the Filters tab in Shotcut’s top toolbar, followed by the plus-sign button. Select ‘Sets’ and choose Soft Focus (see screenshot) to apply the filters to your video.
