✱ MODERATE INTENSITY You’ll be able to have a conversation, although you may need to take a couple of breaths. Your heart rate and breathing will be elevated and you might start to sweat a little bit, but you should be able to be comfortable enough to do it for about 30 minutes. ✱ VIGOROUS INTENSITY It wouldn’t be possible to hold a conversation at this level.
