My garden week

Today I transplanted a number of self-sown annual seedlings into better positions, where they will be more appreciated next year. Squirrels are very active in my garden, foraging and storing food for when times get hard. But this year, they have been acting a little out of character by wedging half-eaten apples at intervals on the top of my hazel hurdle fence panels.
