St. Andrews Place Retirement Community

We are a Continuum of Care private community. Our campus of 46 acres includes 75 condominiums for Independent Living, 73 apartments for Assisted Living, and a 50-bed Nursing/ Rehabilitation Center. The St. Andrews Retirement Community has the distinction of being a Certified Continuing Care Retirement Community, one of the few in the State of Kentucky. Our nursing center has been awarded a Five Star designation by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
