H. Bremer is a company with 76 years of tradition in the
market supplying oil-boiler and based heaters. Founded in
the city of Rio do Sul (SC), the family business started as a
small workshop with only five people and, today, employs
close to 170. Currently, the Company supplies equipment
for industries in many different sectors, such as pulp and
paper, lumber, textiles, plywood, and many others.
STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT
The Aquatubular Lignodyn boilers are equipped with a
cooled grill system, a combustion control system, and electronic
fuel injection, offering the user maximum performance
conditions, regardless of load or production conditions.
Moacir Junges, Engineering Manager for the Company, explains
that the boiler has European origins but has undergone
adjustments to serve the domestic market. “The first
designs were transferred to Brazil where adaptations were
executed for tropicalization of materials and manufacturing
processes according to the technologies and materials available
here,” describes Engineering Manager Junges.
For the Aquatubular Lignodyn Boiler, H. Bremer highlights
that the design of the equipment uses the mono-drum
water tube system and is different from other equipment on
many factors. The first is the design of a water tube furnace
with membrane walls with a higher concentration of tubes
per area and, thus, a greater irradiation surface, providing
better responses to sudden variations of steam demand.
The furnace is built with a higher specific volume per unit of
energy which results in longer gas residence times and, as
