HRANA VIE <strong>–</strong>CULEGERE DE RETETE PROASPETE (RAW)<br />

Aperi<strong>ti</strong>ve<br />

1.Aioli cu caju si menta<br />

Mmmmmmmm, foarte, foarte bun dressing pentru salate; si mmmmm, foarte bun dip; mmmm,<br />

excelent sos pentru sarmalute fantas<strong>ti</strong>ce londoneze. Are un gust aromato-dulceago-acrisoropreten<strong>ti</strong>oso-sofis<strong>ti</strong>cat.<br />

Si bun tare, dom'le, ce mai. Fabricarea e, mai <strong>de</strong>graba, tare usoara. Cat te-ai<br />

duce pana-n colt sa cumperi o butelie <strong>de</strong> ketch up. Ha, he, hi, ho, hu!<br />

Ingrediente:<br />

Caju - 1 castron (hidratat 1-4 ore)<br />

Frunze <strong>de</strong> menta - 1/3 castron<br />

Apa - 1/3 castron<br />

Usturoi - 4-5 catei<br />

Lamaie (suc) - 1 lingura<br />

Lamaie (coaja) - 1 lingurita<br />

Miere - 1/2 lingurita<br />

Sare - 1/2 lingurita<br />

Preparare:<br />

Toate ingredientele (exeptand frunzele <strong>de</strong> menta) se blenduiesc (na, c-am inventat un verb nou :-)<br />

pana ce ob<strong>ti</strong>nem consistenta cea cremoasa; adaugam frunzele <strong>de</strong> menta si pulsam (hop, alt verb!)<br />

atent, astfel incat sa pastram frunzele vizibile).<br />

Il in<strong>ti</strong>n<strong>de</strong>m pe crackersi, il adaugam peste salate, muiem sarmalutele in el, il mancam cu bucatele <strong>de</strong><br />

legume. Ii bun tare, dom'le, daca spui!<br />
