fără regurgitare reziduală sau stenoză mitrală funcţională<br />

20,21 . Noi am folosit această tehnică pentru cele 4<br />

ca zuri de boală Barlow și pentru un caz de ruptură de<br />

cor daje A1 asociată cu o VMP hipertrofi că, unde s-au<br />

im plantat și 2 neocordaje pe VMA, iar ecografi ile de<br />

con trol au demonstrat absenţa modifi cărilor ulterioare.<br />

Se poate observa că există un întreg arsenal de tehnici<br />

care se adresează insufi cienţei mitrale degenerative.<br />

Pe lângă rezultatele bune ale utilizării lor, un<br />

alt avantaj îl constituie duratele reduse de CEC și de<br />

clam pare a aortei. Acești timpi mici se corelează cu o<br />

mor ta litate scăzută și cu o recuperare mai bună postopera<br />

torie (perioadă scurtă petrecută în ATI, necesar<br />

far macologic scăzut, număr mic de complicaţii, spitalizare<br />

scurtă) 22 . După cum am menţionat, mortalitatea<br />

peri- și post operatorie imediată în studiul nostru a fost<br />

nulă.<br />

CONCLUZII<br />

Plastia de valvă mitrală este o operaţie care, pe termen<br />

me diu, se soldează cu rezultate foarte bune, cu o rată<br />

re dusă a complicaţiilor și cu mortalitate foarte mică.<br />
