La lotul investigat prevalenţa generală a dislipidemiei a fost de 67,4% IC95%.
Concluzii
Se confirmă ca şi factori de risc pentru PDSM:
- Fumatul - asociere semnificativ statistică,
(p=0,0009);
- HTA - am putut stabili o corelaţie
semnificativă statistic, (p=0,0019) pentru
tipul 1 de DZ; similar şi pentru DZ tip 2,
(p=0,0027);
- Trigliceride peste 150 mg/dl - există o
relaţie pozitivă, semnificativă statistic
(p=0,00059); RR=1,3783.
- In concluzie se pot emite câteva consideraţii:
1. Identificarea şi tratarea FR pentru neuropatie,
potenţial modificabili (nivelul trigliceridelor serice, IMC,
fumatul şi HTA) ar putea scădea prevalenţa
polineuropatiei.
2. Este imperios necesar ca trialurile
intervenţionale să includă pe viitor în designe-ul lor:
controlul glicemic, abandonarea fumatului, controlul TA,
intervenţii asupra lipidelor.
