Saramura de crap- 47 lei

(400 g crud/270 g finit crap, prezentat la cerere clientului,

preparat la gratar, apoi fiert in sos de saramura ce contine

rosii, ardei gras si iute, sare, usturoi. Se serveste cu mamaliga

si ardei iute incluse in pret. Acest preparat dureaza aproximativ 40 minute.)

Crap la cuptor cu legume - 57 lei

(400 g crud/340 g finit crap condimentat cu suc

de lamaie, usturoi, busuioc, oregano, cimbru,

piper alb, preparat la cuptor cu unt, vin, ceapa,

ciuperci ardei gras si rosii.Masa produsului

Plachie crap la cuptor - 49 lei

(400 g crud/240 g finit crap, initial tras la tigaie,

apoi acoperit cu un sos din: ceapa, usturoi,

vin, suc de lamaie, bulion, foi de dafin si

Produsul dureaza 35 min si cantareste 540 g)

Crap prajit sau la gratar- 40 lei

(400 g crud/350 g finit crap, prezentat la cerere

clientului, dat prin faina si sare, prajit in baia de ulei.

Se poate prepara si la gratar.

Se recomanda cu mamaliga si mujdei! )

Pastrav la cuptor cu legume

- 39 lei

(Pastrav 350g/300 net, condimentat cu

busuioc, oregano, cimbru, usturoi,

piper alb la cuptor alaturi de unt, rosii,

ceapa, ardei gras, ciuperci, vin.

Preparatul dureaza aproximativ 40 min.)
