ABSTRACT<br />

Nowadays the organizations which were established to keep up with chancing<br />

socioeconomic situations due to globalization and increasing competition; tended to<br />

flexible working regulations, corporation, outsourcing and subcontractor practices with<br />

decrement and reconstruction. As a result of these studies, the psychological agreement<br />

which exist in the past between organizations and employee remo<strong>ve</strong>d, except cure job<br />

security and job security guarantee which was supplied for employee expired.<br />

Additionally, economic recession and crisis caused to sustaining closure of<br />

establishment, increasing of unemployment, employee’s lost of statue and salary,<br />

accelerating performance stress and unemployment risk. All that progressions;<br />

increased uncertainty, job security became matter of life or death for employee.<br />

The purpose of this observation; is to analyze organizational commitment in<br />

pleasure of worker’s job security, working stress and effects to release thought.<br />

Observation data were acquired from a business which is acti<strong>ve</strong> in food sector.<br />

According to analyses, there was a positi<strong>ve</strong> relation between worker’s pleasure of their<br />

job security and organizational commitment, negati<strong>ve</strong> relation between job stress and<br />

organizational intention to lea<strong>ve</strong>. Additionally, in direction of determined fundamental<br />

factors and demographic variants significant differences confirmed in workers’<br />

sensation in job security.<br />

Nowadays job security became more important than salary expectation for lots of<br />

worker. When considered that the organization’s which cares the workers’<br />

expectations, activity and efficiency le<strong>ve</strong>l provide important increase; it is thought that<br />

important results can be acquired about job security was cared.<br />
