RESUME OF THE FOUNDER • MR ÖZGÜR GÖKÇE WAS BORN IN 1985 AND FINISHED HIS HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION IN ERZURUM. • AFTER MILITARY SERVİCE, HE STARTED HIS CAREER IN GÜNAYDIN MEAT RESTAURANT. • IN 2010, HE ESTABLISHED NUSR’ET RESTAURANT WITH HIS BROTHER NUSRET GOKCE. • IN 2012, NUSR’ET RESTAURANT HAS EXPANDED HIS OPERATIONS IN MANY POPULAR DISTRICTS • MR ÖZGÜR GÖKÇE ROTATED IN BETWEEN THE LOCATIONS WHERE THE RESTAURANTS ARE SITUATED IN ISTANBUL AND ANKARA. • IN 2013, HE WENT TO KUWAIT TO OPEN HIS OWN RESTAURANT. • IN 3 YEARS, HE OPENED 3 RESTAURANTS IN KUWAIT AND RETURNED BACK TO TURKEY. • RECENTLY, HE OWNS A HOTEL, A STEAK RESTAURANT CALLED «SAKLI KALSIN» AND NARGILA RESTAURANT. • HE BUILD AN APPLICATION, WHICH IS A UNIQUE APPLICATION ALLOWING MEAT SALES THROUGH ONLINE SHOPPING. • THE WEBSITE OF THIS APPLICATION IS HTTPS://WWW.ETİNSULTANİ.COM/ • THE MEATS ARE PACKAGED AND SUBMITTED TO THE CUSTOMERS WITH THE MOST RELIABLE MEANS. WHERE THE MEAT IS COMING Etçii Gıda A.Ş. is a company operating in the meat industry, established in 1996 in Istanbul. The company has been supplying its customers with high quality beef and lamb meat and special cuts derived from both with the brand name ETÇİİ. The company is also active in meat processing and production. Meat and meat products produced under the ETÇİİ brand are derived from cattle and lamb slaughtered with accordance to the Islamic law, thus the products are Halal. In their facilities, every stage of halal slaughter of cattle and lamb, the processing and the production of the meat are tracked and recorded. Food saftey is covered at all stages starting with live animals to special meat cuts as it is their first priority. Their halal meat products and the halal special cuts are all produced from live cattle and live lambs chosen by professional veterinary doctors from areas such as Marmara region, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Union, which are later slaughtered accordance to the Islamic norms. Their company has been active in both domestic and foreign markets. It has been importing and exporting live cattle, meat and meat products. Their references are companies such as ISS World, Compass Group, Hotels and widely known Restaurants such as Şazeli, Günaydın Steakhouse and Nusret. AlYasra Food, a company in Kuwait is also one of our many international customers. They are also trying to be innovative and constantly widen their product portfolio. Their company's objective is to stably and constantly grow in the meat industry. Therefore their brand ETÇİİ has to reflect reliability to its consumers. To achieve these objective they have a highly professional team with each member being the best in the sector. They have an ongoing investment in a new fully integrated facility with a slaughterhouse for both cattle and lamb and meat processing in Mustafakemalpasa, a province of Bursa city. The new facility is being built on a land covering 40.000 m2 with 15.000 m2 of closed areas. The facility is being built in accordance to the European standards. The facility is environmentally friendly and has the latest purification system MBR (Membrane Bioreactor). In simple words, they are a company aiming to be the best not only in their domestic market but in the international arena with producing the highest quality of halal meat and halal meat products.

HOW TO ESTABLISH • IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH SULTAN OF THE MEAT RESTAURANT, AN AREA OF 500 TO 550 SQM SHOULD BE CONSIDERED. THE LOCATION SHOULD BE CHOSEN EITHER BY THE SEASIDE OR STREET CORNER OR IN THE BASE FLOOR OF AN HOTEL. PARKING SPACE IS PREFERRED AND STRONGLY SUGGESTED. • ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT PLAN WILL BE PREPARED ACCORDING TO THE PHYSICAL FEATURES OF THE RESTAURANT. THE LAYOUT AND PLACEMENT WILL BE ORGANIZED AND APPLIED ACCORDINGLY. • IN TERMS OF KITCHEN EQUIPMENTS, THE SUPPLIER IS PROVIDING TURN KEY PROJECT INCLUDING INSTALLATION SERVICES. HERE IS THE SOME OF THE IMPORTANT COMPONENTS OF KITCHEN: COMBI OVEN, UNDERCOUNTER WORK TABLE, INTERMEDIATE WORKTABLE WITH CUPBOARD, WARMING CABINET FOR POTATO, FRYER WITH TWO BASKETS/WITH CUPBOARD, HOOD DOUBLE WALL FILTER, SET TOP RANGE 4 BURNERS, UNDERCOUNTER WORKTABLE WITH CUPBOARD, SOS BAIN MARIE, MEAT DISPLAY REFRIGERATOR, SALAMANDER, COAL GRILL, WORK TABLE UNDER GRILL, GRILL HOOD, AND OTHER KITCHEN TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS. • TABLES AND CHAIRS WILL BE DRAWNED BY THE ARCHITECTURE AND ORDER IS PLACED. • ALL REQUIRED SERVİCE EQUIPMENTS • INVENTORY INCLUDES MEAT, DRY FOOD AND OTHER FOOD PRODUCTS USED IN THE MENÜ. • THE LIST OF THE ESTABLISHMENT PACKAGE WILL BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST.
