ABOUT US —
Konex Plastik Makina High efficiency technological plastic extrusion
machines and ancillary equipment to meet international
safety, quality and production standards by combining the
power of three partners with 15 years of experience in plastic
machinery and engineering infrastructure.
All designs, projects, productions and commissioning stages
are carried out from Konex’s team. The latest technologies are
closely followed and production is realized using these technologies.
Konex invests in research and development to achieve
excellence in product quality.
Services provided include by Konex : designing the infrastructure
project for the production of plastic pipes and profiles,
manufacturing the machines required for manufacturing, commissioning
these machines, training the personnel who operate
the machines and preparing the production standards.
The equipment we use is selected in strict accordance with
international standards.
Konex Plastik Makina yüksek verimli teknolojik plastik ekstrüzyon
makineleri ve yardımcı ekipmanları plastik makine ve mühendislik
altyapısında 15 yıllık deneyime sahip üç ortağın gücünü
birleştirerek uluslararası güvenlik, kalite ve üretim standartlarını
karşılamak için kurulmuştur. Tüm tasarımlarımız, projelerimiz,
yapımlarımız ve devreye alma aşamalarımız ekibimiz tarafından
gerçekleştirilmektedir.

Firmamız tarafından sağlanan hizmetler arasında plastik borular
ve profillerin imalatı için altyapı projesinin tasarımı, imalatı için
gerekli makinelerin imalatı, bu makinelerin devreye alınması,
makineleri çalıştıran personelin eğitimi ve üretim standartlarının
hazırlanması yer almaktadır. Kullandığımız ekipman uluslararası
standartlara tam uyum içinde seçilir.

The screw barrel, which is important part of our
extruders, have been produced by DIN 34 CrAlNi
8550 type of tool steel. It is hardened by gas
nitration.
Vida kovanlarımız DIN 34 CrAlNi 8550 takım

Our machines, which can make full
automatic and precise cutting in various
diameters, cut around the pipe with
circular movement. We can produce from
16 mm up to 1200 mm diameter cutter
for PE pipes.
Çeşitli çaplarda tam otomatik ve hassas
kesim yapabilen makinalarımız boru
etrafında dairesel hareketle kesme
