It started to produce Turkish ravioli in Çamlıca / ISTANBUL with the name “Anadolu Sofrası”.
Tokana Trademark was registered and the company title was changed to Tokana.
A production facility with a closed area of 1,000 square meters was started.
Kibbeh and hand pastry product groups were included in the production.
The phyllo dough line has started production.
The first export was made to Dubai.
A production facility with a closed area of 3,500 square meters and an open area of 800 square meters was started.
Lahmacun and pita lines started production.
The “Suborek” pastry line has started production.
In order to organize the sales, Tokana Pazarlama İç ve Dış Tic A.Ş. was established.
Kunefe and katmer lines started production.
Vegan product series was presented to customers by obtaining vegan certificate.

Tokana have today;
250 tons of monthly production, export to 18 different countries, 600+ restaurant / cafe
customers, 100+ Hotel Customers, a network of domestic dealers in 38 cities, 1.500+ local
and national market points, Q-Trade sales points, E-Commerce sales channel and
22 years of experience.
